this company is absolutely the worst for people who are renters, homeowners or business owners who want to rent their space.
we live in a 55 and over complex and they treated with so much disrespect and humility.
I wish you and the owner would pick up on this and change the management company so the people who are 55 and over don’t have to feel threatened. it’s almost to the point of elder abuse. they have a very verbal abuse to people when they talk to you if you can get ahold of them. more like this type of Gestapo treatment expected in this area.
free areas not to have our areas chemically poisoned with ronstar and herbicides, we have animals were the poison the air out that was a pet area they can’t be used anymore because of their poisoning. and lack of consideration for people who have asthma and COPD as well.
do not put your businesses rentals in the hands of these people they’re absolutely atrocious.
there are many other property managers who do a better job than them they are the worst of them all.
we’re getting the message out to other businesses and owners don’t get duped by these arrogant people.
the best course for these people is don’t give them your business and try anything else if need be.
I dare SMI to contradict these indications because we have proof and statements with the people who live in this complex.
if they had their way they would have evict me.
but the truth is it I have two attorneys, who will go to bat for our little community.
