I always have and always will go here! the only downside is most the time if I have an appointment at 2, they won’t start working on my nails till 2:30. Another thing I don’t love which isn’t their fault is every time I walk in, 10 women stare at me and who I’m with. not the employees but the customers. so the whole vibe in there is just a little uncomfortable since everyone likes to stare when you arrive.

Love this place, they’re fast and great at what they do… once it’s your turn. Until then you may sit and wait 30 minutes whether you had an appt or not. If they were more respectable of people’s time and appointments I’d give them 5 stars, but they’ve made me late on more than one occasion and that’s when i had an appointment. I’ll be back, but only when I’ve got an extra hour to spare.

Tried this out today after hearing good reviews. I showed them a picture I wanted and except for the owl, she was able to replicate it. She did a quick, fast, even job. It was kind of crowed and they were 20 minutes late for my appointment. I would give more stars but she cut my finger pretty bad and it stings. Overall really good experience and amazing free hand designs.

Have been a loyal customer for about a year. Made an appointment at 3 like usual and the past 2 times I have went in they tell me to come back at 6. Unacceptable. What is the point of having an appointment if it is moved 3 hours away. As a busy working mom, that one hour a week is my only alone time and I have found a new nail salon and will not be back.

Made appointment for 2pm, didn’t get into chair until 2:30…not great for someone with a busy schedule. Pedicure seems quality and the process was very nice, but waiting a half hour means I won’t be back.

Had a Mani-Pedi and eyebrow wax today. A+ for getting me in with a same day appt (within 45 min) but when I arrived, they were running late and I ended up having to wait about 20 min… meh. Also, I am only picky about two things: cleanliness and length of massage. Solar Nails dissappointed me in these areas. You can quickly pick up on comfort and the up to date products, and they lacked. I felt rushed (even in my wax) and the hand and foot massage were nothing to write home about. I’ve experienced better at local salons in Keizer. But the owner is really pleasant and has great customer service.

I tried the nail salon – lured by reasonable prices. A manicure was was $ 13 and a pedicure $ 23 (i think those were the prices). The staff were friendly and gentle and I had no problem getting a same-day appointment for a friend and myself. However, the smell of nail polish was so powerful upon walking in that I felt a little light-headed at first. Also, my manicure was really quite bad. I highly reccommend the pedicure though. Lesson: you pretty much get what you pay for (and stay away from the French Manicure – its not worth it at all, the paint chipped off almost entirely within the first 24 hours).

Tina Dang who owns the store is a very friendly woman as is the rest of her staff. They are very attentive and are very delicate on the hands. The prices they charge are not ridiculous at all, for a manicure it was only $ 8 and an eyebrow wax was the same price. I enjoy going to this place for their service and for the affordable options. I notice however as of late I have to wait more often because of customers constantly coming in for treatments.
