All Storage

USELESS SECURITY!!! We stored our ATV and trailer here thinking it was pretty safe because of the 65 security cameras. When our ATV was stolen they did not produce the footage to the police in a timely manner. We narrowed down our loss to a one month time period. It has been ten days since our loss was reported, still no footage. Go somewhere else! Definitely NOT The Metroplex“s Safest Self Storage!!!

Staci was very helpful moving me to covered storage for my little travel trailer. It was previously stored outside on gravel, then on concrete, there at All Storage; but covered storage had been out of my price comfort zone. Staci plugged away on the computer to find something affordable and found a spot over on the RV side that was within price range and … included a dump station :) Courteous, efficient and professional. Nice job.

Very unfriendly… unhelpful…don’t care about you.

I was transferring my boat from a covered parking space to an enclosed 12.5×25. Leticia was the one that was behind the counter when I arrived, but not the person I spoke to on the phone. It was 5:15 when I arrived and the employee that spoke with me 3 times that day left no instructions for Leticia. Leticia clearly had no or not enough training in order to do her job and she was the only one there. She told me of a unit to check out, gave me directions on how to get there and how to get into the gate. I was trying to park my boat in that unit, but the traffic pattern was backwards and the iron fencing left it very awkward to get in and out with a boat. (had she been properly trained or had knowledge of this, she wouldn’t have wasted my time or hers) So, I went back to talk to Leticia about finding a different unit. She sent me out again with 3 units to choose from… no tour… no customer service… I finally found a unit I liked and parked my boat. I drove back to the front office to fill out the lease.
Leticia wanted to charge me $ 21 for an administrative fee to fill out my lease paperwork. I told her there was no reason for me to pay her to fill out my paperwork. I told her NO! I am a customer, have been for 7 months and why couldn’t she just TRANSFER my account from one unit to the new unit. Leticia was very argumentative! She then started my transfer paperwork. She stated that since I was already a customer, there was no need to print the other pages of the lease. She put the first page of the lease in front of me to sign and then expected me to initial the other parts of the document with out giving me the supporting pages of the documents to read. Since I told her I wanted to HAVE the pages to read later, she printed off 2 copies and then expected me to read and initial all the supporting documents. I told her NO again. I took my documents, paid my $ and left. I will be searching for a new unit. It was almost closing time and it was a simple transfer. Had I had excellent customer service, this would have been a lot more pleasant. I feel she was trying to rip me off for $ 21 and didn’t provide me with the outstanding customer service I’m accustomed to.

If it was possible to give them 0 stars I would. Don’t store anything here unless you want it to be stolen. They could care less about anything especially your personal property. They have cameras everywhere but they don’t see or record anything. Then if that’s not bad enough when you complain to them about someone vandalizing your vehicle, they say you are a problem tenant and raise the price of you storage space. BE VERY WEARY OF THIS PLACE.
IT IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO STORE STUFF IF YOU VALUE YOUR THINGS!!!

This is GREAT storage facility. Look I am a realistic person. I look for the best deal possible. The staff here has been professional, knowledgeable and respectful.
I am glad that they were able to find a solution for my storage needs.

I’ve had a unit here for 2 years, although I do not know any of the employees well enough to demean their personalities, I will say that I’ve never had any issues and the climate controlled building that I store my belongings in is always clean.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I usually research Unilocal before making any purchases but unfortunately I didn’t this time. Desiree set up our storage account but she has no personality. She couldn’t even direct us to our unit. That should have been my first sign to find another storage facility. I agree with others about payment due. I just made our first payment today. We thought the payment was due on the 15^th but it was due on the 13^th and we were charged a late fee. They need to send out a bill by mail or even email. I spoke with the manager Stacy and she didn’t offer a courtesy waiver on the late fee. I am in the process of finding another storage facility. My goal is to be out by the end of the month.

Well let’s see this is the 3^rd break in in 6 months!!! Yes, they call us, yes they say they have cameras but they NEVER have a picture of the thieves — will they give us a discount… ummm NO!!! Don’t store here!
