Probably one of the slowest Arby’s I have ever gone through. Service is mediocre and I have gotten the wrong order before. Still… every so often I gotta have that beef and chedder for the wife… so I deal with it if I have to hit this particular location up.

Let me say this, this Arby’s is so slow that if you wanted your order within this milinnium, you can forget about it. The wait for a meal or a drink, through the drive through will take approximately, «FOREVERAND A YEAR.» Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else that this slow poke of a hoaxed joke ‚” fast food chain.

Went in Arbys 78458174312104 08÷23÷15 @12:28pm order and was greeted my Zachary, very bustly but professional. I asked zac if we get any typo of discount femail manager white came over had a hatefull look on her face her name if tiffany dott, its the name on the wall by the restroom. As suck crap service i will educate Keller and affect her day like she did mine

Kid named Zack did not greet and was not helpful. He seemed competent but doesn’t want to be here. Older lady at the counter just snatched a cup from a woman who asked for Pepsi because they were out in the dining room. 2 stars because the food is good. My assessment… Very poor management.

Slower service I have ever received. Considering most of the food here takes less than a fee minutes to make, waiting 15 minutes for a combo meal while being the only one in line is ridiculous. The rude manager seemed to not care about the lack of service.

I have visited this location many times over the last few years, despite drive-thru service that could be best described as glacially slow. What can I say, I like the horsey sauce. Today, though, marks the last time I will ever visit the Keller TX location. When I stopped at the speaker, rather than the typical pleasantries, I was greeted by «order when you’re ready.» I didn’t think much of this, straight and to the point, I can appreciate that. The rest of the ordering process was roughly the same, finished by a succinct«that’ll be $X.XX at the window [click].» Pulling forward, I was«greeted» by a window slamming open to reveal an angry looking blonde. Without a hello or any sort of greeting, she gruffly asked for my money, slammed the window closed, and then equally as gruffly returned with my receipt and a begrudged comment. «Waiting on fresh potato cakes, any sauce?» after which she turned and walked away without another word. She obviously was not interested in my answer, as my bag(which was delivered the customary several minutes later) was without horsey sauce. Eventually, she came back with my meal, passed it through the window with a frown that communicated her obvious belief that I had raped and murdered all of her loved ones, then closed the window without another word. Fast forward to the lunch table, I remove the interior bag containing my potato cakes to see that these«fresh» cakes were accompanied by so much grease that it had soaked through the container, the small bag, and the sandwich wrapper on which it was placed. And as previously mentioned, she had not included horsey sauce. She did, thankfully, include a number of grease soaked napkins which greatly assisted in my efforts to clean up the mess that was supposed to be my lunch. This may qualify as the single rudest encounter I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. I certainly hope this young lady gets help; she clearly has anger issues. And as for Arby’s in Keller, TX… I shall never visit again.

Wow… this is the slowest fast food I’ve ever had. The service is friendly, but they are far from efficient. It wasn’t even during the lunch hour, but there was a line of cars waiting to order, so I parked and went inside. There wasn’t a long line inside, but everyone was waiting for their food. Don’t come here if you are in a hurry!

This Arby’s has gone wayyyyyy downhill. Stopped in for lunch today, and someone new was being trained. The trainer was off his rocker. We got to listen to him talk to the new employee about mopping the dining room while we ate. I learned that he only actually mops under the tables 2x a month because it doesn’t «look» dirty, and that you don’t need to do a great job mopping because it just gets dirty again so just hurry and go over it. GROSS. We won’t be back.

Like Steve B., I’ve been a fan of Arby’s since I was a kid. In fact I even remember when they used to slice actual roast beef(R.B.s, get it?). Now it’s some sort processed meat product, but it still tastes pretty good… I mean what wouldn’t with a bit of Arby’s and Horsey sauce? I don’t stray very far from the standard roast beef sandwich, even though Arby’s has a lot of different choices now. I still find the Jamocha shakes to be quite tasty. On my recent visit to this location I found the people at the counter friendly and helpful, the service prompt and the food hot and fresh. Next time I get the craving, I won’t hesitate to come back.

Have been a fan of Arby’s since I was a kid. I went through the drive thru on a recent Saturday to pick up lunch and ordered a Medium Beef n Cheddar and a large Jalapeño Bites. I was told it would be a few minutes for the Jalapeño Bites so the cashier asked me to pull up into a waiting area. About 5 minutes later, someone came out the back door and handed me my order. I took a quick look in the bag to make sure both items were there and headed home. When i arrive home 10 min later, I discovered the Store had only included six Jalapenos when the menu indicates eight. Seems like a small issue, but when you charge $ 4.29 for eight pieces, holding two back is 25% of the order, and I don’t like getting cheated. I called the store and spoke with Eric Valdez who identified himself as the manager. He indicated he would refund my order and took my name and address. The refund hasn’t arrived so I am left to believe this store is staffed by dishonest people. If you do decide to patronize this place, count your change, check your order, and hold your wallet all the way out the door.
