I bought a pair of TCX motorcycle boots from their tent at Laguna Seca MotoGP. As I was checking out the cashier asked if I wanted them to ship the boots to my home for free. I went with his offer to ship them since I was traveling and it would be convenient.
I never received the boots.
I’ve disputed the charges on the credit card twice but BD Cycles processed my credit card so that it appears that I picked up the boots in person. They’ve never picked up the phone or returned any of my voicemails.
I would advise not doing business with them unless you’re walking out with your items.
