David knows how to do a good flat top. He opens early, tells good stories, tells good jokes, and is a good friend.

David is a great man who does fantastic work! He cuts my husbands hair and ALWAYS does a fantastic job! Everything is very clean and sanitary! The atmosphere is also great! Thank you David for being so awesome!

There just simply isn’t anyone any better at what David does. I know I am his daughter, but I am a hair stylist and mother of two children. I love his men’s/boys cuts so much he is even my little boys barber. He just gets it right everytime!

You can’t go wrong with having David cut your hair. He does a great job and you will be highly satisfied with his abilities. The straight razor finish at the end is the finishing touch that tops it all off. Don’t go anywhere else!!!

Thank goodness we found David! My kids have never liked their hair to be cut. After cutting the first Mohawk on my then 6 year old (he is 8 and still has it) we were hooked. Not only did he make my children comfortable with a grandfathers love, he told them he was an Indian and knew just how to cut the proper Mohawk. And, he was right! My other son just gets the usual boys hair cut and it is always wonderful. I would recommend David Denman! I love that we can make an appointment on Mondays. He is always friendly and easy to talk to! Prices are right as well! Thanks David for all your kindness over the years. We look forward to many more!

David has been my barber for over a quarter of a century here in the HEB/​Southlake area. I have always been impressed with his friendliness and rapport with his customers. He always makes you feel as though you are a part of his family. His haircuts are always perfect and he has a knack for remembering his regular customers particular styles of haircut. His new location is in an upscale salon facility and is very nice. His prices have always been very reasonable and exceptionally fair for what you get… a great haircut and great conversation! You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been seeing Denman for almost ten years now!!! We moved around the HEB area a LOT during that time, and then I went away for college and now med school. Yet despite all the barbershops I have tried (and believe me, I searched some out in Dallas), I’ve always ended up coming back here for a GREAT quality haircut.
Denman really pays great attention to detail**, gives you exactly what you want and really tailors each haircut to every person (none of these stuck-​in-​a-​mold kinds). With the economy the way it is nowadays, I’ve seen every barber go up (he used to be $ 13 – 4 back in the day!) to seems $ 20 is the new average, but for the money I pay here and other locales that I’ve explored, Denman’s is TOP-​NOTCH. You’ll get a great trim and a clean razor to touch up all the sides, back, and edges, and he really takes care of his regulars (he’ll remember your preferences, but is always awesomely helpful at figuring out what you want when you have no freaking clue haha). The conversation and jokes aren’t bad either!
