They are HORRIBLE! The customer service reps are extremely rude and short. They hardly knew their product, and did I mention rude.
I’ll continue to surprise my spouse with delivered gifts but I definitely won’t be using this store.

I received the Chocolate Dipped Apples and Strawberries — Mixed Toppings Box, in time for Christmas, from my sister-in-law in the SF Bay Area. I noticed on the card that the actual package came from Keller at this particular location. It was nicely packaged, came in a beautiful, sturdy red Edible Arrangements gift bag. Inside was a very pretty box filled with large strawberries and green apple wedges dipped in chocolates and sprinkled with nuts and coconuts (6 strawberries/6 apple wedges). Also came with a gift tag tied with a gold-tone band. Delicious and fresh-tasting. What a great gift!
