Do not use this dry cleaner. I am 100% positive that I included a pair of black slacks when I dropped off my clothes to them this week. When packing for a business trip I noticed that my black slacks were not includued in the dry cleaning that I picked later that day. I called and they claim my black slacks were never checked in and they are sorry but there was nothing they could do. When I said that someone checking in my clothes must have made a mistake, they simply answered not possible. So somewhere between the mile drive to the dry cleaners I guess the gremlins ate my slacks. So much for taking care of a customer of 6 years.

this place is horrible. shipped off my garment to another location without my knowledge and no follow up and not to bee seen for almost a week after it was due. I wasn’t able to wear it to a planned event and the garment was ruined during the dry cleaning process. No apologies from owner and extremely rude about the whole process.
