They had a really sweet customer service rep who continued to serve even after they were closed! He gave no hassles about it and was super polite, even when it was after hours. Wish all restaurants could be like that.

This is a relatively new KFC/Taco Bell combo on 377. The facility is nice, new and clean… but the offerings are neither fast nor food. Really disappointing even relative to other KFCs(food which I tend to enjoy). Not to mention it took an inordinately long time for the cashier to pivot 180 degrees from her counter position, grab two pieces of soggy chicken and shove them in a box with a microwave-hard brick — i mean biscuit. Fried chicken is not a rare find in North Texas. There’s a Chicken Express, Popeyes and a number of other joints within a 10 minute drive of this joint. It took longer to get my food(no other customers present at the store) than it would have to make the drive to plan B.

I think it was one of the worst experience for sevice I have received in a long time and will not go back. No apology and a wrong order and you know it’s bad when your 7 year old grandson says something about the service. So much for staying in the community I will drive a little further and go to just a Taco Bell in Fort Worth were the service is great.
