I have a 1998 Toyota Sienna that these guys keep running. Only disappointed one time and they credited the full amount paid to the «real» repair. They have even sent one of their technicians on a ride around with me so he could hear the noise I was hearing. He heard it and he fixed it.

They changed their name a few years ago but it’s still under the same ownership. These guys are a joke. They tried to charge me double the list price on an engine mount and ended up breaking a bolt on my exhaust manifold somehow while working on it. I called them another time and they refused to give me a quote on a valve adjustment, saying they would have to perform a diagnostic before they could give me any quote.
These guys do whatever they can to rip people off. Avoid them at all costs.

Got my motorcycle inspected here. They did not affix the decal properly, the inspector was not state certified and it fell off. They refused to issue a replacement. Had to bring a state inspector into the shop to force them to make good.
They were very defensive and argumentative. If they can’t make good on an inspection I would not trust them for anything else.

Performed transmission shift cable work incorrectly. I fixed the problem myself and provided the evidence that the work performed was insufficient to correct the problem. Got them to refund %70 of the invoice price. Liars.
