This place is a cluster. They are doing inventory or something of that nature while the customers are shopping (which is completely understandable), but the items are scattered all up and down the isles on the ground. They have their buggies with boxes at the beginning of the isles where you can even get down them and good luck getting down them with a cart anyways. There is just crap everywhere. This store is ridiculous!

I’m not sure it is fair for me to review a place like this. I dutifully accompanied my lovely wife as she set off on an adventure across this store to get her chores done. She walks in and immediately loves the flowers on the left. Then she loves this, that, and the other.
This is one of those stores that I don’t know what to say about. I don’t shop at places like this, but my wife does. She commented during our trek across the store that she felt it was one of the better stores for finding items that she wanted.
The lady at the check out was super friendly and smiled a lot, that is always nice. Store was clean.

Very disappointing experience with this Michaels today. I’ve had several posters framed by them in the past few months. Today-I arrived with the last poster-wanting to frame it like the others. After waiting for almost a half hour, I was told the frame I wanted wasn’t on sale today but would be tomorrow. The salesperson asked if it was ok to give me the sales price today. Her department mgr told her no way-I’d have to come back tomorrow. The cost difference is about $ 60. I’m headed to Hobby Lobby and will probably pay more just out of principle. So much for service.

I’ve been shopping here for years… new experience with pre-scanning of my items before reaching the register. Was it quicker? Not really the cashier still needed to get my email address to check me out. Helpful to have more cashiers this time of year.

Love this place. Can usually find what I need for my crafting hobby. My only concern is that there is often a long line to check out when I am there, and they often have to bring more people to the front to help thin-out the crowd.
Otherwise, this is one of my favorite places to just go and look around, and they often have great deals if you keep your eye out for coupons!
