I am a maintain-it-myself type pool owner, but when I get in over my head or when equipment needs to be replaced (as a pump recently did), I call Pacific Pools. They are friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and professional. And have made an appreciative customer out of me.

We were with Pacific Pools for two years and did not have one problem with them. They are fair, honest and they do what they say they will do. They have excellent customer service and care about us as their client. For some reason I decided to switch pool companies for a really low rate, which turned out to be too good to be true. Within two weeks my pool was green and the new pool company wasn’t fixing it. So, who did I call but Pacific Pools! They gave me a blue pool within an hour. We are back with them and will not be switching to anyone else! I highly recommend this pool maintenance company to everyone!
