This Papa Johns is horrible. Delivery service sucks. Unless your willing to wait two hours for a pizza don’t order from here. Management is terrible as well, they don’t care!!!

I not sure what all the bad reviews are about, but at the recommendation of my youngest we decided to try it out. I have not been to PJ’s in many years and did not have fond memories and have been a Pizza Hut fan for over 10 years, but after several bad experiences, it was time explore options. This location is fantastic. The pizza was on time for pick up, it was hot, the kid at the register was super friendly and it was exactly as I ordered it online. Honestly, I have no complaints.

Order a pizza and 2 hours later no pizza … Called back the«manager» got an attitude. This place has the worse customer service ever!!! They left 4 sick kids waiting for their pizza and when I called back all they did was laugh and hung up! Great customer service guys! Real classy

This location has lost my business. We called and tried to order the limited time specialty pizza and they claimed the don’t offer it. After I asked about it again and provided the dates it was to be available she fessed up and said they just don’t have the ingredients. She was very rude on the phone. There is no excuse for poor customer service!

Terrible service. Web site does not provide user friendly ease for ordering. When you call you can have 30 or more rings before its answered and the person on the line asks you twice what you want with delays in between each request. I’m still waiting for the pizza, do I’ll have more later, but the price on the web site was 3 dollars less than what was quoted on the phone. I won’t be going back no matter what the pizza is like

Completely disappointed with this location of Papa John’s. We waited over two hours for an order of two pizza’s. We live exactly 3 minutes away. My husband and I both called desperately and were given two separate stories about what happened. We ordered online at 3pm, and they couldn’t locate our order, even though it was confirmed on the website. Then they said if was there waiting and it was in its way at 4:08pm. At 5pm my husband called and once again they could not find the order. The managers excuse was that she had just got there. We have never has this issue ordering online before. I understand technology is stupid but the way they handled the situation at the store level is what irks me.

If I could give this Papa John’s less than one star, I would. We placed an online order a few hours in advance. Mistake number one. This place has messed up and/or «lost,» our last 4 orders. We only get pizza ever couple of months, so that’s quite a period of time. This last instance, coincidentally the last time we will be ordering from them, I came prepared. I had our confirmation email on my phone, complete with name, confirmation number, and order. Somehow, between the 6 employees(not including the 2 drivers who were going in and out), none of them seemed inclined to listen, much less help. I could see our order on their rack, asked the employee to go check it multiple times(it’s only 4 steps away from the counter…), but he kept insisting it couldn’t be ours, since our order wasn’t in the system. 20 minutes later, when the manager finally came to the front, he walked over and there it is, our order, sitting on the rack. At this point I’m so frustrated I just grab the pizza and leave, because I’ve now been 45 minutes longer than planned, and have 2 hungry kids waiting at home. When I get home, discover the pizza is stone cold(duh! It’s been sitting on a shelf probably since we ordered it 4 hours ago) I call Papa John’s to try and find a solution. The first time I call I get put on hold for 10 minutes before someone hung up on me. The second time, a clearly inebriated employee answers with a «thanks for calling dominoes,» laughs at himself, then promptly hung up on me. The third time, I managed to get through to the manager. He sounded like he had had to deal with way too many of these calls, told me he couldn’t offer me a refund, but would put a credit on our account under our name and number. I’ll shoulder some of the blame for the situation, but everything from the management to the drunk/high employees at this place are ridiculous. Go to the Dominoes a block further down 1709, you can track your pizza and hopefully avoid wanting to shout at a pizza chain employee.

Ugh. Ordered pizza from Papa Johns over an hour ago online. Get my email that says it will be 30 – 40 minutes. After an hour goes by I call to see what is going on. I find out the delivery driver could find my house so he just brought the pizza back. Then he leaves on another delivery. Couldn’t someone call me and say we have an issue? Then they want to deliver it when he returns. Seriously? Who wants their pizza delivered after it was cooked that long ago.

Just think their delivery times are too long when not advertised as such. Also, more than 6 tidbits of pineapple on a pineapple pizza would be nice. I only go here when I have a coupon anymore — getting way too expensive.
