I’ve been a Red Wing owner for about 2 decades. This store is pretty typical for a Red Wing store — small, family owner and operated by nice people that really know their stuff!
I had a great experience there. I am disappointed in Red Wing in general for constantly modifying there inventory — I have never ordered the same boot twice, but you would never know it by looking at them all. In other words, I like to buy the same boot, but they never make it long enough to outlast a pair.
I’ve gotten 4 – 6 years for a pair of Red Wing boots, and just ordered my 4th pair from this store. Once again, the pair I walked in with is discontinued and in fact, no standard replacement exists. This store custom ordered a similar pair from the factory. It is definitely not fast nor cheap, but I’m confident it will be worth the wait.

Worst customer service ever… had a pair of redwing boots less then a year old, boots had come apart inside and the steel toe had come out that I bought from a redwing store in another city. Went to this store to see about getting a new pair, manager knew of issues with these certain boots, suggested that I don’t buy the water proof type, they fall apart??? Said he would give me a new pair for $ 100…I told him, why would I spend anymore $ on boots that can’t hold up… he said well you didn’t buy them here I can’t do anything… I said they are redwing, shouldn’t any redwing store hold up to their brand??? Don’t buy these boots, they are junk, waste of $ and time and apparently when they fall apart, they don’t back up their brand.
