Although they have great prices, the Customer Service and Delivery is horrible. I have used them for 7 months now, and am set up on a monthly delivery service, and have not received water on time once. I have to call and request delivery every month, although I am given a delivery date 3 months in advance. I ran out of water at my Business again today (they were supposed to deliver 2 days ago) so I called Customer Service to make sure it would be delivered that day, and was told yes, it would be, the driver was in route. Still no water or phone call 4 days later. Safe to say, I will be canceling my service on Monday, and going with someone more reliable.
