Always just one person works there. Line is so long inside or outside. We prefer CVS.

This review is strictly for the Pharmacy. The store part has been a pleasant experience so far. Unfortunately, I have never had a pleasant experience in the Pharmacy. I have NEVER been or called that I did not have to wait for long periods of time. Usually 20 minutes or longer. They never put more than one person on the counter and that is to handle inside customer and drive thru customers. When I finally am able to get to a counter or drive thru, the counter person is never friendly or act like they care at all. It is almost like talking to robots. I have seen them handle the elderly like they were just another being coming thru the line. Not rude and obnoxious but rather seemingly uncaring and disconnected with the customers that keep coming to them. When you are in the customer service business, please at least put forth the effort that you are a customer driven entity and not a feed store. I will be moving my pharmacy needs. I feel I have given them a month more of my time than they should have ever gotten.

Cashier at front was unbelievably, atrociously rude– Whoever was working at 2pm on the 25^th of January.
Save yourself the rudeness and go to a location down the street!

This Walgreens pharmacy is the slowest and most unorganized one I’ve been to in the Keller area. Comparing the drive through to others, this location should be ashamed. After trying many others, I will be going back to the Trophy Club location. They are quick and on it!

Find another pharmacy service and wait is horrible here. I don’t know what happened recently but seems like it’s gone down hill here. I’ve been going here for 3 years now and the last few times the pharmacy associates are rude and act like they just don’t care. I’m telling you, customer service isn’t what it use to be. Onto cvs.

I always buy what I can at this Walgreens because the staff is so friendly and the woman that works at the cosmetic counter ALWAYS has coupons and can save me a few bucks.

For some reason my wife prefers Walgreens over CVS, so when it’s up her (as it is now), we end up here, the closest Walgreens to our house. It’s your pretty typical Walgreens, but I think the people that work in Keller stores are just friendlier. So hats off to the nice people at this location.
