Horribly long lines, not that unusual, but rude customer service and they did not have the first 3 items I requested. So then we ordered only to be told by the barista that they are now out of what we orders. It’s only 10am.

The staff were rude when we told them they made our drinks wrong. I don’t think I’ll ever return to this location. There are other options near by. If I was the manager of this location I would retrain the staff and emphasize the importance of customer service.

All Starbucks drink and food are the same so this review is of the actual location. Which is dirtier than a dumpster. There’s garbage everywhere!

Stopped here on a road trip north and they had the best staff I’ve ever interacted with at a Starbucks. Extremely friendly, genuine and attentive w/free samples and fast service.

Great spot on the way to and from Oregon! Easy to get into, friendly staff, everything tastes fresh. Also bathrooms nice and you don’t have to get the key! Always stocked up with goodies and supplies. Next to fast food for the road!

This is the worst Starbucks experience we’ve ever had. Requested two drip coffees. One with soy. Took 20 minutes as we watched the barista make drinks and then realized the young man who took our order actually dripping the hot water into the individual cups! Apparently there was no regular coffee prepared! There was a lady that just sat there and made critiques and we realized she was a manager! Instead of helping she laughed with the customers who were giggling about the wrong drinks! Really!!! This is clearly a Starbucks for travelers with no one interested in taking care of the travelers! Bathrooms were a disaster too! Never again!

Came to this Starbucks on my way to Seattle. Being that I used to work at Starbucks the last 7 years I’m probably a little more critical because I know how things should run. It was pretty early in the morning when I came, around 5:30am, and I was the only customer. The crew were just casually chatting and didn’t welcome me. I ordered and then waited. They didn’t really engage in conversation with me but my drink was pretty tasty. I’d definitely come back, mostly because I know the store manager and love her.

This is a nice coffee shop. It has lots of seating inside and outside. Very clean bathrooms and fast service. Friendly staff both at the counter and at the drive through. The location is right off the freeway so it is very convenient for a quick trip through. I will return.

I’ve went here three times in the last two weeks and who ever is working in the morning in the drive thur has not made my coffee right. Coffee taste burnt because the person isn’t putting the shots in my drink within 45 seconds. I would recommend Oregon Way or the Ocean Beach Hwy Starbucks rather than here.

This Starbucks is relatively new as of August 2012. I stopped in during my drive from Seattle to Portland around 7:30AM. There were four employees, and two customers. It took them five minutes to take my order. The coffee was also very bitter — I think they let the shot sit too long. I do this drive fairly often, and I know all the Starbucks locations along this drive. This one seems to still be getting on its feet, and I probably won’t be returning to it very soon.

This Starbucks is sitting on the lot where the Hilander Bowl used to be. It is a standard Starbucks, but the staff is really sweet, and the interior was very clean. It is right off the 5, so it is a great place to stop between Portland and Seattle. They have some tables that were made from the old lanes of the bowling alley, which is a nice little nod to the history of the lot. Behind the Starbucks is two walls from the previous building, which I just think is cool. I like peeking into the past.
