Was here the other day with my girlfriend and it was our fist time. The customer service is excellent. We will be back for sure!

Love this place! My only problem is that it is like 25 minute drive from where I live! Staff is very customer service oriented, and knowledgeable!

This place is extremely overpriced. The woman behind the counter seemed as though she was under the influence of some type of tranquilizer. $ 75 dollars for a paragon clone…$ 39.99 down the street at stratusvapors.

I always feel like I am at home when I come here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Not like other vape shops that try to sell you stuff, they want you to be an informed customer whether you buy from them or not.

Firehouse Vapors has become my go-​to vape shop, in a part of town where competition is pretty fierce. They have the best tasting and economical e-​juice of any shop in the Clear Lake area, hands down. There is a self-​service sample station stocked with most of their flavors, in 12 mg, not blanks. Their e-​juice is half-​price for ex-​military, police, firefighter and medical professional, so a 30 mL bottle will only cost you $ 10 or so with this discount. And they have a couple mini-​fridges with sodas and energy drinks for sale, as well as free coffee, if you plan to hang out for a while. And customer loyalty programs and weekly prize drawing sweeten the deal a little, too.
The owner and employees are super nice and very helpful. I had an old Vamo V2 mod that had the 510 threads stripped, but instead of recommending a brand new mod, the owner fixed the problem with a $ 5 adapter, saving me a ton of cash. That kind of integrity and customer service means I’ll be back as a repeat customer for the foreseeable future. Also, they’re usually open when all the other shops have closed.
You owe it to yourself to check them out.

I am glad I found this place. Its a very different kind of vape shop. They mix and create your liquids on demand. The pg/​vg mix ratio is beautiful, strong flavor that yields a lot of vapor. I have never been particular about where I buy my e-​oils before finding them.
The sample flavors up front are in nice dual coil tanks that are not burnt to #$% like many of the places I’ve been where everything tastes like flat root beer. The atmosphere is also a big plus. I don’t feel like I crawled out of the 5^th ward when I leave. Its clean, open, inviting and professional. They just sell Vape products… so if you need throwing stars, adult toys and a giant bong while filling your vapor liquid your out of luck. Its nice to know I can stop in while on errands with my son and not worry about what he sees and thinks about the place his dad shops. The delinquent factor is zero here. Support them!
