Husband had Crawfish, I had a cup of Seafood gumbo. Great food. Melissa was our waitress, great attitude and attentive. Will be back

This place has gone from bad to worse. Food is cold when served and way too expensive. I should have known better. I could have complained to waitress but not worth giving them another minute of my time.

This place is so dirty and gross, definitely not a place for kids. It’s seems more geared toward a late night dive bar scene. Food was not good– typical fast order, fried bar food.

Horrible food, horrible service! Pulled in to get a quick bite for dinner, server was a friendly girl but didn’t pay much attention to us cause we were not drinking alcohol. Table was sticky and restaurant was very messy. Granted a realize it’s outside service but it didn’t have to be so dirty. After ordering our dinner, our table had a big hole in the center and server said she was going to get our bucket(I’m guessing to throw away crab legs or crawfish) but what she brought back was the dirtiest cruddy tin bucket and she put it on our table!!! Kinda made me sick to look at while eating! Ordered gator bites and they were so greasy I hade to dab them with a napkin, and my husband(has a hearty appetite) did NOT finish his so called jambalaya(soggy rice with sausage in it) The view is pretty but that’s about it…

My husband and I had a great experience. Our waitress was Amy. She was very sweet. We had ordered the jalapeño stuffed with shrimp and cheese-fried. This was so delicious as an appetizer. For our entrée I ordered grilled shrimp with veggies and my husband ordered the crawfish ettoufe(my ettoufe is better but this was still good). We came on a Sunday at 11:30am as we were heading out of town. We will definitely be back.

The food was OK, but nothing extraordinary. We had gatorbites(can’t recall the name on the menu) to start the meal and they were VERY greasy, as if they did not drain them at all before putting it on the plate. Next, we had a salad, but it was disappointing(didn’t taste fresh, the dressing was bland). And finally, we had the Dungeness Crab — but alas, it was overcooked. The margarita was probably the best thing they served(I believe it was the Bordeaux) — and the server was helpful and attentive. With that said, this place is much too expensive for the quality of the food and since we went for the crabs and they were not anything worth returning for… well I guess we won’t.

We decided to check this place out with a group of 5 last night. Found a nice spot on the patio and enjoyed the live music. TV was a plus so that the few in our group who cared to watch football were able to. Those are about the only few positive comments I can make on this place. We ordered a couple appetizers and a couple entrees. The entrees arrives very quickly, in fact they actually came before the appetizers which was weird. I tried the crawfish étouffée with fried crawfish tails. The food was barely warm and rather bland. Others in the group ordered red beans and rice which was also bland, boudin balls which were okay, and fried fish which was good. Our server was new and apparently needed some help or a smaller section to cover. We waited almost 20 minutes for our check after we finished the meal. We arrived hungry and left disappointed especially considering the high price of most items.

Fast seafood good price, very crowded hard to park, staff young but very friendly and hardworking. There was music on the patio

I’ve been to this place twice now and I love it. Great food and fun atmosphere. They have a good slection of brews on tap and great food. Just one example: my wife is not a fish eating person. But we shared an entry that had grill red snaper and some other grilled sea food. My wife ate half of the snaper. It was cooked to perfection. The next weekend we went back and had some fried oysters, clams, and shrimp. Some of te best I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to go back and have some mud bugs. Love this place.

I really expected more from this place being a good spot in kemah. We arrived and got seated outside on the patio in the very back corner. We start off by ordering a few drinks and the first round was pretty weak. The second round wasn’t any better so I decided to order something stronger. My third drink was a hurricane and the guy brought me something blue. I asked him what it was and why its blue and he said it was a hurricane and I knew deep down he was full of it. After finishing that blue whatever it was drink I decided to go to the bar and order me a real hurricane. The drink came out pretty strong and a bright orange red color the way it’s supposed to be. Sitting back at the table I noticed people around us were not very pleased with the service. A few people got the wrong orders and got their appetizers delivered after their entre. It really didn’t make me want to order food here because of all the complaining that was going on. We ended up leaving in finishing the night somewhere else.

Our waitress was great but the food was not very good. It’s expensive for the quality. Very bland and not a very clean place to eat.
