I purchased 2 Groupons: 1st was $ 10 for a basic manicure & pedicure. The manicure does not include cutting cuticles The pedicure same as manicure but you do get to soak your feet in warm water. No removal of the dead skin or rough heels. So a basic mani/pedi means a polish change. Also take your own polish, Their polish is poor quality so the end result is poor. 2nd was $ 10 for $ 30 of salon services. I had a deep hair conditioner treatment applied. The girl applied it as if she was applying hair color, mainly on the roots of my hair and then ran it thru the rest of my hair. I thought they would comb the conditioner thru my hair, no… I am used the bulk of the conditioner being on the ends of the hair. When it was rinsed out my hair was still full of knots(I have curly hair) and it was not soft at all. The ends of my hair felt rough after it was combed out, not soft at all after the hair treatment. Then I had a facial, that was nice, acceptable but still lacking. I have deep hair conditioning treatments approx. 3−4X/month at a salon and my hair has always felt silky soft afterwards. The staff is very, very nice but the quality of products they use is not very good. Also the same person performed all 3 services; mani/pedi, hair conditioner and facial. I think her specialty is hair because the rest felt like having a girlfriend with no experience performing. You love yr friend and she does your mani/pedi & facial and you do hers. But definitely not like a spa. Keep in mind these are students performing the services but still lacking. Unfortunately I would not return. I can get a decent mani/pedi for the same price and it includes quality nail polish with a FULL manicure and pedicure(scrubbing your heels and removing curticles)
