Fix Auto Northshore

Okay, here’s the deal…
This place used to be CARRAGE CASE AUTO. It should have stayed that way. Never had any trouble when it was Carrage Case. Anyway I attempted to get an estimate to fix some gnarly marks on my truck caused by another party, I arrived at approximately 9:30am. The receptionist said they couldn’t even do a written estimate for 3 more days. WTF??? A written estimate takes like 15 – 20 minutes, so unfortunately due to either their laziness or too small a job or whatever but I will be taking my business elsewhere and won’t be recommending this place to anyone.
BUYER BEWARE!!!

Cannot say enough good about this team. Jason and Sonya were excellent customer service representatives and made my fender bender experience not so bad. Very fast estimate paperwork with convenient drop off capabilities PLUS super easy insurance billing made me very happy. The TSX looks great again and I am thankful for the hard work. Thank you Fix it! I hope to not have to see you again but if the need arises you will be my team.

Shady operation! These guys still owe me $ 500.00. My insurance company recommended this place to have some repairs done to my truck after my stereo was stolen from it. We agreed that since I will be purchasing the replacement stereo, rather than having the auto body shop do it, that I would receive $ 500.00 back from the auto shop once they got paid by the insurance company. 6 months later, I still don’t have my money and sadly I don’t think I ever will.
I should have pulled my truck from the lot as soon as I became suspicious of their activity.
Jeff, the owner, strung me along for months without responding to messages in a timely fashion. They claimed they didn’t get paid in full from the insurance company, and suggested I talk with them regarding my $ 500.00.
My truck was eventually returned to me with the repairs complete, however, the workmanship could have been better. In fact, the only thing I was remotely satisfied with was the paint job they did on the driver side doors. Everything else seemed subpar at best.

Avoid this busines! Their customer service was beyond poor. I arrived at 9:00 am on a Monday to get an estimate, and was told I had to make an appointment for 2:00 that afternoon, even though 3 employees were sitting at their desk talking with each other behind the receptionist. When I arrived at 2:00 I was told that they had decided not to even give me an estimate because they were too busy with full insurance claim jobs. (My job was TOO small for them. Just pulling out a rear bumper area) Apparently this company doesn’t know the meaning of customer service.

My review is long overdue. This shop is amazing! I took my beloved H2 «Alice» there to be fixed after going for multi estimates and meeting with different shops. I mentioned once her name was Alice and every time I spoke with them after that they referred to her as Alice, that was the first thing that impressed me was the attention to detail and the little things that mattered to me. I received constant updates on how the repairs on Alice were going and although things took a little longer than expected due to difficulty in finding parts they always let me know exactly what was happening. The Saturday, yes Saturday Jeff came in on his day off to let me pick Alice up we noticed something was wrong with the electrical system. Although it ended up having nothing to do with the repair work Fix Auto had done they still drove Alice to a dealership and had all of that fixed for me as well. They went way above and beyond to make my experience dealing with an accident and the repairs as easy as they could. I highly recommend this shop!!! Jeff and Alyssa were absolutely amazing and I could not have asked for anything better!!! Thank you very much and although I hope to never have to see any of you again, if I do I know where Alice will be going!!!

I had taken my car to Fix Auto after having been rear ended. There was considerable damage to my bumper and the car was making an awful noise. Fix Auto fixed the bumper and replaced the muffler, but when I picked it up, there was still the noise. The technician listened and said that it sounded like the exhaust might have gotten bent in the collision. He said he was going to go and talk to the owner. The owner came out and told me that the technician didn’t hear any noise and that it sounded like any other Honda to him! It was clear to me that I was being given the run around and that they did not want to be bothered with anymore work on my car. I took the car to Lynnwood Honda, and sure enough the b-​pipe for the exhaust was bent. They told me that the people at Fix Auto would have had to have taken off the bent pipe to replace the muffler and then put it back on again.
The only reason that this is not a 1 star review is that they did a good job on replacing the bumper, and the guy who works at the front desk is incredibly nice.

UPDATE: Regarding the six phone calls from the Fix corporate offices, I just received a letter from the owner of Fix Auto Northshore that he spoke with corporate about their overly aggressive customer service follow up. He said that because of my letter to them, and from other similar complaints, that the corporate office has reviewed their policies and has made many changes. If this is true then I would certainly highly recommend Fix Auto Northshore as a great place to have your car fixed.

I had a break-​in for my car. Window smashed and damage to the door from broken glass and whatever the person used to smash the window. This was a 2009 BMW I’d only had a couple months. Anyway, they made it look brand new. They had to repaint the door and then blend to the rest of the car, and you cannot tell any work has been done. Also, it didn’t take forever. Only a couple days once the insurance company approved everything. Considering the paint had to cure, I don’t think it could have been done any quicker or better.
