This place is awesome. We only needed to rent a truck and they had it about 20 minutes before we went to pick it up. Not only that but the gal at the front desk was super helpful and anticipated any, if not all questions I had. You can return it early in their dropbox by the office. Surprisingly enough, not all places do that!
We had to go back to work after getting the truck so we left it just inside the entrance and locked the doors and took the keys with us. It was the easiest experience we’ve had renting a truck and will definitely rent with them again in the future, if only they were closer!

I have been dealing with KSS for 15 years and only hold them in the highest regard. Very professional and more than understanding when it comes dealing with other tenants needing help. Security is a priority with them as well as a well kept facility. With respect to the unfavorable review, I’ve never seen a mouse/​rat or any signs in the complex. I too have had 3 different units over the years and never experienced any problems. Clean and proper is the way I look at their operation!!! Bill D.

Love the managers here!!! They are always incredibly helpful and easy to deal with. I have been with them for almost 4 years and have had to change units several times due to personal circumstances, and they have always been really awesome and patient with my needs. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who is needing storage. There’s tons of options and they have decent pricing. My favorite part is being able to drive up to the unit to load and unload, definitely beats using an elevator.

Have used this place several times over the years and they are amazing! Employees Scott and Christina (not married as the other reviewer said) have been so kind, even when we had to change units (needing a larger unit) twice in the same year. Never had any problems with mice in the unit (but we do not store any type of food items). I also love how community oriented this place is, having Halloween and Christmas events for kids here in Kenmore.
I must say I am absolutely shocked at the 1 star review! This place and the staff have been absolutely incredible and helpful to me. I would (and have) recommended this place to everyone!

Storage facility is run by a married couple and they seemed friendly. There are a couple of U-​Haul trucks on site to rent for convenience. Lots of storage units with outside access for convenience. all seemed good.
So we rented a truck 2 times from them. the first time all went well. Used the truck and filled the gas to the prescribed level. Dealt with the man and had no problem. The second time, the woman said there had been a «dispute» with previous truck renter about gas refilling, so we made sure we put more gas than we used into the truck upon return. But she didn’t believe us and was pretty snotty about it. I was so angry and also very hurt they would mistrust us this way. She obviously cannot do math.
Second issue — rodents! We had been renting 2 lockers for several months. always paid on time; always good renters. When we needed to vacate, we discovered that mice had infested our locker and eaten through much of my staging inventory and other décor items — candles, faux plants, sofa pillows, baskets. everything had droppings and pee. Found a dead mouse inside of a box. the place was horrific! Told the owner (the man) and he acknowledged it was a problem No apology! no offer to reimburse or give a credit. nothing! He said they sent out a letter to everyone to let them know. Then he told us it was only in the row of storage lockers we were in. how insensitive.
Do NOT store your things there unless they are made of metal. Besides — their rates are no bargain.
