When I told my son yesterday that he’s going in for a check up he says «YEAH!» Need I say more? Well, I will so you can get an idea of why we love this place.
Service: Have been going to this place for years now, but from the get-​go they make you feel like family. Trina not only does a fantastic job cleaning my teeth, but she’s very personable — making sitting in «the chair» seem like not such a bad thing. I’ve had other hygienists there and they have all been great. Staff up front and Dr. Tony all know your name — can’t say enough about how they make you feel right at home. At the end of the visit kids get to flip through and pick out their own mylar balloon — my son has gotten, Seahawks, Batman, Cars, and on an on — he always comes out with a smile!
Facilities: Clean, got the fish tank, of course, small waiting room up front with Keurig :) small play area with toys and books and TV — you can request video games. You have a beautiful view of Lake WA from your chair.
Location/​parking: Just north of LFP mall, past the LFP Civic Club — it’s the first place you can take a right — lots of parking.
Wait time: Go early in the morning — otherwise they end up running late in the afternoon and even in the late morning times. Had to wait about 15 min this morning and the appt was for 9am. I’ve had appts for 11am and had to wait 45 min. Even so, I think they are worth the wait, and I just try to pick earlier times to avoid that.
