Great atmosphere! I was blown away by the service. Jamie was fun to talk to about things including being a Seahawks fan and is ridiculously skilled at her job, good job recruiting her! Everyone else was very nice as well and were very hard workers. Way more fun then your everyday haircut place ¹⁰⁄₁₀. I would recommend this place to anyone.

When I first went here I was given a business card that said the person I referred would receive a free haircut and for the referral I would receive a discount for my next hair cut.
I went in yesterday and found out that the person I referred paid full price and I was not offered the discount I was told I would receive. The girl whom helped me said that she was new and that this store has a lot of promotions going on. Does that mean because there are too many to track that you do not give any of them?
To make matters worse I had stopped going to the Canyon Park location since I did not like the people that worked there. The girl that helped me yesterday said she had been transferred from the Canyon Park location. GRRR!!!
I think this franchise in general has a lot of issues with high turnover. I thought this place would be different; however, I am finding it just as frustrating as other locations.

This isn’t the usual kind of place I get a haircut at. I’m usually more of a small barber shop kind of guy but I got a coupon for a free haircut in the mail and you just can’t beat free so I was definitely in. This location is brand new so everything is nice, clean and all shiny. The staff was friendly and even though I was just a walk in I was able to get right in for my cut. Kelly, the manager of this location was the one who did my cut for today and what was really nice was that for my coupon they gave me their premium $ 26 option, the MVP, is what I think they called it which included the cut a shampoo and face massage with a hot towel thing. After the initial cut Kelly offered to give me a double treatment so that she could teach/​demonstrate the treatment to one of their new stylists from a different location, Hayley. Of course I didn’t refuse because who says no to double free right? So they bring me to this dimmer part of the room for my shampoo and they sit me down on this nice vibrating chair while they did the scalp treatment stuff and then they did the hot towel on my face with the nice face massage and as I previously mentioned I got to do all this twice yay!!! They used a nice minty scalp treatment that left my head feeling super fresh. Kelly was awesome but Hayley did an equally awesome job. All in all my experience at this Sport Clips was great and I will definitely be coming back especially because they gave me more awesome coupons before I left hahahahahaha!
