FAST, CHEAP, and EFFICIENT. Jae was very honest and professional. He gave me the best price compared to the others. Quality was excellent! I was very surprised and elated with their work.

I hired Wise Construction to do some minor improvements on my mother’s house, which we’ve had on the market for almost a year. We called around for some quotes and Wise came in the lowest. So low in fact that I was fairly skeptical. But with my mother’s budget and my limited resources to help her, we didn’t really have a choice. I just have to say that I am extremely pleased with the work they did.
There was a concern from our appraiser with mold buildup on a portion of the siding. Wise Construction removed the rot and replaced the panels seamlessly. I can’t even tell where they performed the work.
The window installations they performed was top notch and they didn’t skimp on the materials. They even touched up the window sill without having to replace it, but it looks like new.
They replaced the existing (very loud) bathroom fan in my old bathroom and now it runs so quietly that I can’t even tell when it’s on. It’s automatically controlled by a sensor which is very cool!
All in all, I was very surprised with the work they were able to perform on our limited budget. Keep in mind, their quote came in almost $ 2K lower than the next lowest quote. And when their invoice came in, I was extremely pleased that they pretty much stuck to their original quote, with an additional $ 60 and some change going towards the window sill repairs.
