We needed 2 similar arrangements to place on either side of a cremation urn for the service. The staff bent over backwards to find just the right vessel to hold the flowers. Once found, we were taken through their entire stock to select the perfect colors and types of flowers. The woman helping us was so knowledgeable, pleasant and indispensible in the creation of amazing arrangements. They were breathtakingly beautiful and so affordable we bumped up the original order. I am, now, a loyal customer of Blooms and Heirlooms & would not even think of going anywhere else.

I was fairly disappointed with their product. I ordered a pink bouquet with lilies through their website and had it delivered to my fiancé’s work place yesterday. When she sent me pictures of it, I was taken back by the browning and wilting of the flowers within an hour of her receiving them. A few of the flowers were badly damaged. The roses were already wilting, and the white and pink lilies were brown around the edges. Sadly, the arrangement barely resembled the bouquet I had ordered online. My only hope is that the cold weather may have impacted the bouquet on its journey to my fiancés work place. I also spent extra money on the chocolate truffles option, and instead she got a big Hershey’s kiss. I’d recommend a different florist. I was less than impressed. Not worth the $ 70 I spent.
