These guys are the real deal. It is amazing that dishes of this quality come out of a food truck! So the word on the street is these guys spend their winters in the food truck Mecca of Austin Texas and grace us for a few months during the Maine summers.
When you are walking the Village of Kennebunkport and undoubtedly hankering for a great meal with authentic Maine roots then just jaunt around the corner to the Aquaholics parking lot and visit Chris and Sophia.
Tip them well to keep them coming back each summer; it’s great to see the food truck moment spreading its way north!

Okay so it’s a terrible name for a start-​up food truck (too vague). But this is the best lobster meat of any of the Austin lobster trucks, by far. Much more fresh tasting and actually has tail meat not just the «lesser» cuts. Also way more friendly than dock and roll truck on 1st

My friend and I checked out this new place on Barton Springs Rd. I had the cheeseburger and he had the LOBSTER ROLL. Both meals were awesome. The burger was made with grass fed beef and the lobster melted in your mouth. Prices were better than I expected. I highly recommend this place.

Chris the owner ran a small restaurant up here in Kennbunk, Maine. It was a great place with a real following. While I have not been to his new place in TX, I am sure it is great, he is a great chef an super cool guy.
