Not a bad place to go see local bands and have a good time. Down side is slow service and cold as hell in the back area where bands play. Overall, it’s not a bad plays to hang out with friends and I would go back.

As I write this review I am still in disbelief over the recent treatment my daughter and her husband received last Saturday. They came from out of town for a visit with plans to eat at this place. My husband and I have only been once and thought the food was good. We were told we could eat or pay an additional $ 10 to listen to a band when they took the stage. We arrived so early just to eat and then left. When my daughter went, it was packed and there was a line. Her husband went inside to explain they just wanted some drinks and to eat and wasn’t there for the band and was told by a man working there that it was no problem and to go to the front of the line to get seating in another area. As they walked past the the check in booth they were stopped by a very, very rude woman. She asked where they were going and they explained what the man said. She said no way and that they had to pay the $ 10. The man was standing there and my son-in-law turned to him and asked if he didn’t tell them they go in and not pay since they weren’t there for the band. He said he did say that, but the angry, rude woman said, «No one is getting past me without paying $ 10!» The website doesn’t say you have to pay even if you are just eating! We were told something totally different when we went! Never, ever will we visit again. If that rude woman hates her job so much she should leave. And i don’t care if she is the owner’s wife.

WARNING: If it’s cold outside & you are watching a band, there will be no heat after about an hour of beginning. They have heaters all over but 2 tanks is all they will provide-straight from owners mouth. After that, they will not be heating the place. Also, we used 4 paper napkins & one wet bar towel to clean the table. The napkins & towel was black w/dirt. Obviously it’s not in their prep procedure to wipe down the tables beforehand. Disgusting!

Came in to support a friend who was playing. They ran out of food and won’t let us bring anything in. Very disappointed in my visit. Won’t be back.

Went here the other night. The drinks are poured good, very good actually and the pulled pork sandwich was delicious. Plus they have live entertainment who doesn’t like that.

Went to Reds a year or so ago and it was enjoyable with a good band and average food. Haven’t been back since they closed and then reopened. Decided to go back this past Saturday. That will be our last experience with Reds Roadhouse. After sitting, we waited 45 minutes for a waitress to come to our table and take our order. We then waited an hour for our order of a burger. The burger was prepared wrong(specifically requested no cheese)(came with bacon?) and when we told the waitress immediately it was wrong, she looked at us like what do you want me to do about it. She did say the order to the cook expressly said no cheese(confirming she had done her job right). I asked where the fries/chips were? and she said they were out of fries or chips? ok? Guess that wasn’t going to be mentioned if we hadn’t brought up. I believe a meal should be served as it is described on the menu and if that’s not possible, the customer should be informed upfront. Maybe before an hour long wait for the food. We decided to keep the burger — especially since the waitress was not suggesting/offering that getting the correctly ordered burger an option. When we got the ticket, we were charged $ 12.95 for the burger even though the menu price was $ 10.95(keep in mind the menu price of $ 10.95 included chips or fries — which we did not get). We told the waitress we were overcharged and she said she would have to discuss with her manager??? Why would you have to discuss an overcharge with the manager? She then comes back and said they removed one beer, since that charge was $ 3.00. So, basically the waitress acted like she was doing us a favor by waiving $ 3.00 — which was overcharged in the first place? There was no credit for the poor service, long wait, food prepared wrong, food that was not included because they were out? Obviously, Reds is not at all in the business of integrity and/or taking care of its customers. Won’t be back.

We went here last night because I’d had friends recommend it but I had never tried it, it is nearby, and we had a coupon :) I had the chicken club which was really good, and not at all spongy like a lot of casual restaurants these days(I’m a bit of a chicken connoisseur, it’s the only meat I eat!) My boyfriend liked his pork chops and mac n cheese, which you could tell was from scratch and not just Velveeta. The food was a little over-priced but the alcohol was not. My boyfriend’s double bourbon was about as cheap as what you pay for a single anywhere else, and he ordered a premium! I tried 2 of the house beers, which had more of a homebrew taste than a craft brew but still very tasty. The venue was neat and seemed like the patio was a fun time, we just didn’t want to pay cover to stay and listen at the time. I think we’ll go back again, and I’d recommend it!

The venue is great!!! The food was good and the music was really good. Service was a little slow but the guys in the back were very nice. It looks like a great place to have a private party with the banquet room.

Multi-stage music venue and restaurant-cum-brewpub pretty far down Mansfield Hwy. One-star ratings from me are very rare but this place deserves it not only for the quality(it was terrible) but for not delivering on what is promised, advertised or expected. The place has reinvented itself a couple of times, most recently last November. The main entry is sort of hidden by a bad layout, so I ended up entering through a side. The interior is large and expansive, typical roadhouse décor, with pool tables and the owner’s private classic car collection inside and available for everyone to climb into and enjoy.(Car clubs, bike rallies and local benefits are common here.) Also includes about four or five stages of varying sizes in different rooms, including a large covered patio on one side. Menu is typical Texas fare, burgers and BBQ, with a chef’s eye toward«elevating» ordinary pub grub. Ordered the pulled pork sliders and, at the recommendation of the bartender, a side of mac and cheese. What he described as a phenomenal«six-cheese blend» and the menu listed with bacon topping was watery, bland, overcooked pasta containing barely one cheese and no bacon that would be awful even in a middle-school cafeteria. The pork sliders were on three Hawaiian sweet rolls that hadn’t even been separated, open-faced like a hot dog bun with the pork laid across it. The sauce was so cloyingly sweet it was almost candied and, of course, included no coleslaw as listed on the menu. Everyone was enthusiastic about the house-brewed beers and eagerly let me sample all of them, but they were across-the-board undrinkably flawed and no one knew enough to tell. The brewer is an amateur homebrewer, and instead of perfecting a few recipes has turned out dozens of different styles in the few short months he’s been brewing, mastering none of them. Ordered a couple of the flavored wheat beers, decent but not great, but the rest had too much diacetyl contamination to drink. If all you expect is to hang out, listen to some music and sip a Bud Light or Jack and Coke, this is probably a great place. However, the owner clearly aspires to be more than this but fails miserably at it, and isn’t even aware of how short he falls from his intentions.

Well the venues is amazing … It’s a real ROADHOUSE look it could hold a lot of people the food is casual and edible. This year the outdoors has been enclosed! So rain shine it’s good for huge crowds!

I went here on Friday night to check out the place, have dinner and listen to some music. Arrived 90 minutes before the band started and the place was pretty empty so I figured it was just early. I walked around the place because it is so cool inside with a lot of interesting pieces all over. Sat at the outside bar, service was friendly, efficient and drinks were good. I am a healthy eater so I settled for the Strawberry Salad with Balsamic Dressing and my hubby had the Club Sandwich. Both were good. Great music, it was Callahan Divide. Never got crowded. I will definitely go back and keep an eye on the bands coming. Would have loved to give them a four but they need to advertise more and pump up the food.

I liked it, I read the reviews of bad service but ours was good. The food was good but not really cheap but that’s fine, we were there on a Saturday night and Zane Williams was playing so good entertainment too. Ill go back for food and will keep an eye on concert schedule.

Had lunch with a group here the other day. Trying to eat healthy(–er), so I had the Cobb salad. It was pretty filling with enough chicken and ham to satisfy the carnivore in me. Most everyone else ordered a burger. Gotta say… next time I’m gonna do the same. One guy in our group ordered the regular roadhouse burger and remarked that it was the best burger he’d had in a while. Another ordered the squeeze burger, which looked fantastic. That will be my order the next time — with the waffle cut sweet potato fries. It did take a little while for our food to come out, so probably not a great choice of you’re in a hurry, but overall a good experience. Well definitely be back.

This was our first time to dine at Red’s Roadhouse. We were there earlier for a meeting in one of the banquet rooms and decided to stay and have a couple of appetizers since it was so late. What a funky place! I love all the old cars. To say the least, Red’s has a VERY eclectic atmosphere. Our server, Sophia, took very good care of us. My wife ordered a beer and I ordered a margarita on the rocks. My margarita was delicious. We also order the«Texas Toothpicks» and Chips and Queso for our appetizers. The Texas Toothpicks are a mixture of thin slices of onions and jalapenos. The batter was almost a tempura type of batter. Very nicely served and presented. They were served with a side of Ranch dressing. The chips, queso and hot sauce was very ample. I wasn’t a huge fan of Red’s «smoky» salsa. There wasn’t much«bite» to it. My wife and I will be back again soon to try some of Red’s other menu offerings sometime soon in the future.

Went here Saturday night, major disappointment. 1st — Arrived around 7:45pm and although there are signs posted everywhere«no one under 21 allowed» kids were all over the place. 2nd, sat outside at a table that was broken, the tables outside are either for two people are 8, nothing in between. 3rd, waited 10 minutes and NOONE ever came to table to take our drink order, or even offer an apology for taking to long. Finally got up and left after 15 minutes of zero service. Sad part was they weren’t even busy.
