Audubon Gutters

Let me first say that we were in no way asked by Audubon to put this up here. I post this only to provide an honest review and to support a quality, local business!

We bought our house almost 3 years ago and it came with the lifetime gutter warranty from Audubon Gutters. Recently we had structural work done on our carport and had to call Audubon to get the gutters removed before work, and re-​installed after the work.
From Audubon — we worked with Jason, and these are our summary comments of our first experience with this company:
Jason was very responsive and always did what he said he was going to do
Jason was always on time and very easy to communicate with
Jason showed up to do the work exactly when he said he would
Audubon was MORE than fair with any additional charges
They VOLUNTEERED to clean the gutters during this process
Jason had great ideas about how to re-​install the gutters after the work was done — to make the new gutter arrangement work most efficiently while looking good with our new carport design
And… There was no trying to dig up extra stuff to charge us for!
Overall — we worked with a local company who provided an excellent product, with great customer service and did excellent work.

It’s been a little while since I used Audubon and I did have a few issues but as they put new gutters on my house in 2006, I will cut all of us some slack.
My gutters were damaged slightly in the Katrina mess; then the temporary roof repair guys damaged the more (both times); then the real roofers trashed them. So new gutters. While it was a bit of an ordeal to get any workers at the time, the guy who came out to install the gutters gave us the heads up about some serious sill damage near our roof line and we had that repaired (by another contractor as it was too large of a job for them to do) then they came back and installed the final bits.
Good selection of styles and colors and they were good communicators throughout the process.
