I had a terrible experience with this repairman and company. They get a bad rating from me for their lack of customer service(nonexistent), disorganization, and dishonesty(not doing what they said they would do.) Companies that don’t honor their word have no place in people’s fast-paced lifestyles. I like to get things done, and then«be over» with it. This company dragged my oven repair(or «lack of repair») out for months and months. Zach Frigo came out on the service call in November 2014 to diagnose my expensive oven part that needed replacing. He estimated a few weeks on getting the part and having oven finished; by end of year I still had not heard from him. I called office, got no answer, got busy signals and messages that phone service was out of order. I figured they had closed shop. Then, on a whim, I decided to try contacting again since I had already paid $ for the service call to my house and didn’t want to have to call a different company now. This time I tried an email address. FINALLY he responded and said my service order must have gotten misplaced and to please scan and send it to them. Which I did. I even called his office and finally talked to his wife or secretary a few times. Then, in APRIL2015, I receive this message: Apr 16 «We cannot source the part for the oven. We were sent the wrong one. The company I got the price from last time does not have it and now the cheapest I can find it online is more that $ 100 more for the part than I quoted the entire job… Anyway, yes your paper invoice was lost. Just looking at the price given and the price of that part, plus the amount of time you have already waited, I think it’s best that we pass on the job. Your service fee of $ 40 will be refunded to you via check in the next 7 – 10 days. Sorry for the inconvenience.» – Zach Frigo, Owner Nawlins Solutions Appliance Repair LLC po box 641727 Kenner La 70064 Since this time I have called and emailed several times for my $ 40 service refund, and have been completely ignored! It is now October 2015, nearly one year later, and I never got the refund they said they were sending me in 7 – 10 days! Stay away from this company!!@!

I had a water leak in the refrigerator yesterday. I called this company and got the owner Zach on the phone. He gave me a description on what could possibly be wrong and said that it would be $ 40 to come out, but that would go to me bill. He came out today and unclogged my line from the icemaker and was done in 20 mins! He was very nice and professional. My total bill was $ 50. Since he was so nice, I gave him a $ 10 tip! Call him now!

GTO Pro gate would not open or close. Zach, the owner carefully assessed the problem and determined what needed to be done. He kept me updated on the status of parts that were ordered. On time for every visit. Very professional, completed the work with excellent results. Pricing is very fair. If I need any other work done I will not call anyone else. My husband was also impressed, which is a rarity, and told me to make sure we kept Nawlins Solutions phone number handy for future needs.

Zac at Nawlins Solutions is most friendly and the model of excellent customer service. He came out to adjust my 1940’s oven(he knows his stuff) and didn’t charge me bc of a warranty he had contracted w my landlord. He thoroughly inspected the oven and explained its inner workings to me. Overall a great job. I may even buy a washer or dryer from NS bc he also sells used appliances. Call NS if you need your appliances fixed.
