Clean. Always clean. They have a tech guy that knows his stuff and the cashiers are nice. They are willing to help you figure out which toner you need and they have no problems with returns. The copy/print department is a whole other story. They do not have this department together. And the prices are RIDICULOUS! Head over to UPS store or something.
Other than that, pretty straight forward. Oh one more thing, if you purchase something and need to return it, do not head to another store. Store prices differ by area.

This store will bend over backwards to take care of your office needs. The staff is always helpful and willing to answer questions. dosen’t hurt to have cheap printing prices either.
