STAYFARAWAY!!! The owner here is an absolute monster. I would give a 0 if it was an option. I came in for tattoo removal, she told me I needed all sorts of work done and insulted me multiple times. I had purchased a groupon four years ago and used my 3 sessions. I then purchased another one 3 years later(it specifically says that you can buy them every 6 months). The owner SCREAMED at me in front of other patients and called me a scam artist and told me I can’t use the groupon and that I had to pay her $ 300 for the services AFTER she had already done them. THEWORSTBUSINESSOWNEREVER!

This place is amazing. The permanent makeup that comes out of here is top notch. Anyone who disagrees need to learn a thing a 2. Very natural, sexy work and a very professional staff.

I don’t know where to start but RUN fast away from the thought of having anything done here. The owner is a know it all who really doesn’t know much. The first time I met her, she started pointing out flaws which I didn’t think I had and probably don’t. Just a selling tool. That’s not the way to keep customers Carol. The website states that Dr Karl Friedrich is affiliated with this biz… googled his name and it doesn’t come up in LA. You would think a business which offers these services — laser, permanent makeup, etc would be a beautifully decorated and clean space. Noooo, it’s dirty and run down and the waiting area is horrible!!! I’m pretty sure if that’s what a customer sees looks like, what we don’t see is probably much worse. I’m going to have her and her biz checked out to see if everything’s legit. I know she was caught doing some kind of training she wasn’t supposed to be doing once already. The only positive is the receptionist. poor woman… can’t imagine the crap she must deal with having a grouchy, loud mouthed, know it all for a boss! p. s. you should put a more recent photo on your website.

Absolutely do not bring your money and business here. We bought a Groupon for 3 tattoo removal sessions. They agreed to do both of my fiancé’s very small finger tattoos in each session, which typically they charge for each tattoo. The owner who only preformed the last 2 sessions informed us of that in the second session, but since it had been started by a previous employee she agreed to finish. Each session lasted no more than 3 – 4 minutes. After the 3rd session was complete, she offered to sell us another 3 sessions for $ 200 agreeing to keep our agreement of both tattoos, which combined are about the surface area of a quarter. She informed us We would need a total 9, or more, sessions to complete removal. We felt that she was giving us a good deal, we even referred my fiancé’s sister there for microdermabrasion. We went today for our first of the next 3 sessions which we had paid for after the end of the last of 3 sessions, and the owner informs us that we have yet to pay. Absolutely untrue! I said we already paid the $ 200 for the next 3 sessions and She said that, that additional payment was for the Groupon because they don’t do two tattoos in one session. We feel lied to, stolen from, and completely conned! We will be reporting this business to every single agency we can. We wish we could give this place no stars. This is the worst kind of business, absolutely unprofessional and completely lacking in integrity.

I brought a groupon to the place for a tattoo removal which let you purchase up to 3 visit. 4 – 5 months later I purchase 1 again for the treatment. I guess I didn’t wait whatever they’re rule where they said it has to be six months before I could use the Groupon again, so I waiting for 2 more months before I came back. When I came back for the treatment, the girl that did my tattoo said now you can do 3 more treatment for $ 99(the size of my tattoo) and I can pay directly through them to past Groupon. Anyways, I called for the appointment and came in today. The girl that normally does my remove was there, but Carole, the owner, took me in the room and said she have to re-Measure my tattoo size because we can’t no longer do $ 100 for my size tattoo. And was told that the last time they told me that I couldn’t use Groupon anymore. Well, that was the point is I couldn’t use it then why March they refuse me but when I came back in August and they accept the groupon and doesn’t she read her own term on the FINEPRINT for her own voucher? She should have it change to NEW customer only instead of say not valid for customer who use services in the last 6 month when I refuse to pay for a minimum of $ 300 treatment and say that ok I don’t need it. She was being so rude and unprofessional and asked if I do permanent make-up and(I told her yes just to say it) then she say she have to fix one of the client eye-brows because I mess it up. I ask she what you meant; she said someone went to a shop in Chalmette and got her eyebrows done by a lady name Lisa . Don’t know why she would jump to conclusion and say it was me. Lol. I told her my salon was never in Chalmette so what is she talking about. I thought that was very rude and unprofessional of her to tell me that… Just because I don’t want to spend $ 300 on her today, I don’t mind to spend that money if they would only tell me one thing instead having her employee tell me one thing and she want something else. If she says that she couldn’t afford to do $ 100 per session on the laser, if that’s the case, then don’t run the Groupon…

I’ve never heard of this place before until I bought a groupon for laser hair removal at 3 treatments for $ 100. I wasn’t sure if this was the place I wanted to go to since there were no reviews and no of my friends have been here. But it was a really good deal so I snatched it before it sold out, and trust me, it was a good decision. My first two experiences were quite unpleasant, but my last was wonderful. For everyone thats curious about laser hair removal, they tell you everything before anything gets done. They make sure you wear special glasses so your eyes are protected and everything is sanitary. It hurts a tad bit(not nearly as bad as a tattoo or piercing), but completely worth it. I’ve only had two treatments done and it’s 60% less hair under my arms. And it takes less than 5 minutes to do. I just finished my third treatment today with the owner and she was fantastic. She was very pleasant and spoke with me about my last two treatments explaining the situation. The receptionist was one of the nicest ladies I’ve ever spoken to on the phone. There is no reason to discontinue coming here. Their prices are great and the service is friendly. So with that being said, I have another appointment next month until all the hair stop growing! I use to be scared, but now I’m rather excited. Good luck to everyone getting laser hair removal =]
