1 star and that’s generous. Wait time sucked. Something about breaks, etc. What I saw was a number of personnel either walking about or just doing nothing at the counters. Manager needs a new job somewhere else. Then when it came time to discuss my options, I got the impression that the sales person was on a quota. Never go there again.

This Verizon store is my usual go-to whenever something awful happens to my phone. Unfortunately, this is more often than I would like to admit. It’s conveniently located about 10 minutes away from my office, so I can take an extended lunch to solve a phone crisis if needed. There is never a huge wait, although sometimes it seems like the employees are too busy talking amongst themselves to acknowledge customers. One time a co-worker and I waited at the counter for 5 minutes before someone came out of the back to offer any assistance(there was only 1 other customer in the store…) Overall, never a horrible experience here, but the customer service is sometimes good, sometimes not-so-good. It’s a place that I only visit when I absolutely need to stop by… like, if my daughter decides to give my phone a bath. Again.

This is the Kenner location, This store is good, not great let’s just say you don’t have to wait in an insane line like the other one on Vets, most of the time. The manager here is a cool guy and usually quick to help or make sure you get help the employees are usually friendly and attentive and I have dealt with a lot of them ever since embarking on the purchase that was a Blackberry, more than I would like to let’s just say. But Verizon as a company from the Executive office level it terrible! I have been with Verizon for over 10 years and let’s just say they are less than interested in customer loyalty, its a shame.
