1-800-GOT-JUNK?

Good service, but expensive. I called 1−800-GOT-JUNK and was handled very professionally online. The showed up at the appointed time and called ahead to confirm. Two young men arrive and were very professional. The only aspect that wasn’t a perfect experience is that they seemed to assign a large % of the load for my fairly small pile of debris. The truck is supposed to be divided into a number of sections (I think they said up to 12 on the phone), but my load was rounded up to a full ¼ which costs $ 229 (which was the highest side of their pre-​load estimate). My local garbage service would have taken it for $ 50 if I carried it to the curb. So my rating is service: 5 stars, price: 1 star; for a 3 star average.

I have nothing negative to say about these guys; nothing at all. Three years of accumulated junk in the garage — a lawnmower, sectional sofa, regular sofa, bookshelf, mattress and box spring, among various other household crap — and it was gone in twenty minutes.
We were scheduled for pick up between 8 and 10 a.m. Just after 8 I got a call that they would arrive between 9 and 9:15. At 9 on the dot, they roll up, assess our junk, give us an estimate (which was over what we actually had to pay) and started loading.
Uniformed, neat and professional. I’m glad my junk is gone, but sort of sad it’s a service I (hopefully) won’t need again.
Highly recommend these guys! And book online and you’ll save $ 10.
Yes, this is more expensive than getting a dumpster delivered and throwing your junk in yourself, but they work weekends and do EVERYTHING for you. Worth the extra money for sure!
