Hands down the worse pressure washing and customer service I have ever had. They are very unprofessional and incompetent. Used my water hose and didn’t put it back in its place. The owner called me and had just as many excuses as the crew gave me for not doing a good job on my house. I will pay them to never come back and bother me.

This was the first time I have ever had my windows professionally cleaned. I was not impressed. First of all, the crew arrived an hour later than expected. After they had completed some windows, I asked about little bits of debris & sap left on the windows. I was told that the debris is removed with a «full detail» service that I did not purchase. I told them that if I had known that the «professional» service that I had purchased only consisted of a squegee & cleaning solution, I would have done it myself. I really was looking forward to professionally cleaned windows. Also, I was not given a walk around to inspect after the job was complete & after they left, I saw streaks & smudges around the edges of the windows.

Owner Tim is a great guy, staff is professional and effective, inside and out. They finished at dark and came back the next day for touch-​up to get it right. Excellent results, and recommend to all.

We scheduled our appointment for a Saturday, and they were actually early for their appointment. The two gentlemen who pressure washed our home were very professional and completed the job quickly. Our home wasn’t this clean when we moved in. I would highly recommend them!

UNPROFESSIONAL! CANNOT KEEP APPTS. … WILL WASTE your TIME! Totally clueless at scheduling and will BUMP your job for another job that likely pays more. I had an appt for weeks and they can’t make it on time and also wouldn’t negotiate for the difference in causing me to be late to a work a 2^nd job, and wasting my day off and my attempt at getting my house cleaned before company arrived. ANYone doing business in Atlanta knows the distance and drive time from Alpharetta to Conyers. I ended up getting a much better deal and another coupon from a fast, reliable and nightmare-​saving company that KNOWS how to do business.

I had scheduled this job 2 weeks out but when it was confirmed back to me they had the wrong day. I accepted the new day, even though it wasn’t particularly convenient, and then they arrived 3 hours later than scheduled. Upon arrival I was immediately told that they could not do the job because my storm windows had to be unscrewed from the outside and their boss had told them that they could not do that, they didn’t even have a drill on the truck! Apparently they will only do the newer storms that can be removed from inside the home. The quote was given very quickly over the phone, no detailed questions were asked about whether I had storms or screens and I was the one who had to bring that up. At that point you think he may have asked more questions as they obviously have limited expertise in this area. So I wasted 2 weeks and will now be going with Sunshine window cleaning who I have used in the past, they are more expensive but they know what they are doing and ask all the right questions AHEAD of time.

These guys were terrific. Enthusiastic about what they do and concerned about doing the best job they can. Reasonably priced and no mess inside the house. Responsive on the phone and stuck to their quote. You can’t ask for more.
