Replaced the screen and LCD light for $ 89(not too bad). The phone looks new. I was happy with the service.

I shattered my iPhone screen and took it into ALZ to get a screen replacement. Only took about 30 minutes. When I picked my phone up, I could immediately tell it was a low grade LCD screen. Upon getting back to my house, I noticed my ear speaker wasn’t working, so I called back and took my phone back so he could fix whatever wasn’t connected back the first time. About a week later, I took my phone out of the case because my screen felt loose and I noticed the the screws in the bottom of my iPhone were never even put back in…
Go somewhere else! There are plenty of other places in Kennesaw.

Went in to get my front camera fixed and come back to get my phone and the guy CRACKED my screen. Not only is the screen cracked but the front camera wasn’t even fixed… on top of that the guy wants me to pay to get my screen fixed… what a joke. Never coming back to this place. That’s down right shitty customer service and I can’t see why anyone would want to go there

Friendly, professional and very truthful and up front. I took my Note 2 in to have my front screen replaced. While working on the device, the LCD screen was damaged by the tech. They were up front and sincere with me about it. They covered the cost of the LCD. Very good experience with them. Affordable repair, great quality of work. I will take all my cell repair needs to them from now on.
