I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service at this location. I did not mind waiting over 25 minutes(although waiting over 25 minutes at any fast food establishments is ridiculous.) until I was at the window and was greeted by a very rude woman. Not only did she not apologize for making me wait, but she was rude in asking her questions. She got my order wrong, but did not give me time to correct her because she was off doing something else. Another woman came to bring me my food and when I told her that the order was wrong she walked off complaining and yelling to another person. The woman working the window appeared again to make my drinks. She of course had the wrong thing for my drink and I had to correct her. I was given my food and just one drink. She walked off again before letting me remind her I had another drink. When she appears again she looked mad, like I was inconvincing her. I reminder her a coke no ice and she of course makes it with ice. I have never been so unhappy with my experience until tonight. I will be informing friends to not go to this Burger King and I do not plan to visit this one anytime soon. Cusmter service is key and this Burger King was definitely lacking in it.

This is the only Burger King close to me. In addition, it’s the quickest place to get breakfast. They are truly unsanitary & need the health department called. I was given a box of orange juice with mold on the bottom. One of my friends was given a raw patty on a bun! Disgusting. Often my order is wrong as well. I don’t order anything extravagant or unordinary. I just believe its a lack of care. It’s honestly hit or miss w| them.
