Chick-fil-A

My cashier, Diana, was glacially slow. She took my money, slowly, took forever to figure out how to operate cash register (was this her first time?), got my drink, very slowly, then helped the next person in line.
Notice anything missing?
If it hadn’t been for the two other cashiers telling folks to wait at the side until their name was called, I wouldn’t have known to do that.
I also never got offered any condiments for my sandwich or fries; it was all behind the counter, and not out where the customers could get what they need. I had to come back and get ketchup, then forgot mustard. I didn’t feel like walking back again, so just ate my sandwich dry.
They need to train the newbies how to work, not just let them loose and hope for the best.
