I can truly say that the service I got from this company was outstanding. I would recommend them to any of my family and friends.

The Compass Property Management team is extremely professional, service oriented, and is always focused on the needs of their clients. I have only positive comments and experiences… and I would recommend them to any business owner or investor who wants to maximize their returns and minimize their personal time managing a property.
Additionally, I’ve spoken with numerous clients who have 10+ properties under management and they are thrilled with the professionalism and strategic minded leadership of Theresa and her team.

There are few companies I feel as negative about than Compass Property Management. They are extremely unprofessional, unreliable and have no sense of decency.
I was looking to rent a home in the ATL area that this company is managing. They provided us with the codes to get in and look at the house. The house looked like a crime scene. It was filthy squalor and completely unkempt. It was a beautiful house so we pursued it and asked if they would address a list of concerns we had. Teresa, the manager/​owner? of the company said, «maybe this isn’t the house for you.» LOL. Nice business attitude.
We called every day for 12 days dealing with Miranda trying to get some information as to whether or not they ever intended to get the house presentable. Finally, I began dealing exclusively with Teresa and voiced my concern about their business practices. She admitted no one from her company had seen the house and told me that our list of concerns was probably not going to be addressed. The next day she called and said that they WOULD be addressed.
So I gave them a week to work on the house. During this entire process, I had to initiate all calls and correspondence and often would call 3x before they would return my call. When I went back to the house to see the progress, they had KIND OF cleaned the carpets and that was it. Despite SOMEONE being in the house presumably cleaning it up a little, there were still the same 5 dead cockroaches laying around, the walls were filthy and in disrepair.
I’m not sure what kind of clientele they generally deal with, but they obviously don’t care about people or basic decency. While I was writing this, someone from the company called and said, «This is Compass Property Management. I was told to call you?»
Ugh. They’re the worst!
