I have used Dawn Electronics on several occasions and have been extremely pleased. Work was done on time and the charge was as quoted. when I called they were actually closed and the gentleman said he would wait for me so I could bring the printer in. How rare is that. Great customer service!

I drove all the way from Duluth to Kennesaw to have my Epson Workforce 610 All-​in-​One serviced by this company a couple of years ago, and it was well worth it. They fixed my clogged print heads within the time and price promised. And a VERY reasonable price, I must admit, which made it worth the trip. I was back in business! As a Realtor, I cannot live without a printer, so of course I was excited NOT to have to trash it and buy a whole new printer.
Now last week, print head clogged again due to a paper jam, and cartridge not sitting where it was supposed to all night. I emailed Deanna at Dawn Electronics, and to save me the long trip, she gave me some things to try, and VOILA! Back in business within 20 mins! I’m tremendously elated. It’s the little things, right?
Thanks, Deanna and Dawn and the team at Dawn Electronics! I wish all businesses were willing to make customers happy and not focused on just making a buck.

Worst company ever! Do not use them. I brought my printer in to have the belt changed and was given a quote for the work. I was told that they would call if the charges were going to exceed the quote. I never received a call and when I went to pick up the printer the cost was 50% higher than the quote. The woman who was working the day I picked it up said that there was nothing she could do about it. I have called to speak with a manager/​owner no less than 10 times since then and have never received a call back. Wendy, the woman who answers the phone, refuses to put my call through to anyone but Woody, who she says is the only one who can help me. The problem is that according to Wendy, «Woody is out more than he is in due to circumstances» whatever that means. This company is small, mismanaged and very poorly run. They are not professional in any way. DO NOT USE THEM.
