The owner Karin and her staff are as good as it gets! I have used this store for watch battery replacement, band resizing, new jewelry purchases, and even a custom made design. Every time they impress me with their knowledge of the products and with their available options.

She helped me get the Emerald replaced, and at the same time, she cleaned and polished my wedding ring and earrings.
