I love this Dunkin Donuts! The employees are always friendly and the coffee is amazing! I’ve had nothing but great service at this location. Will keep coming back!

Horrible customer service. We felt like we were bothering them. Will not go back to this location.

Don’t bother buying any flavored beverages, you will get regular tasting coffee. After repeated disappointments from my own experience, complaints from co-​workers, friends and family. We have decided, and I recommend to others to find another location to buy your flavored coffee’s.
I called and complained several times that I had co-​workers dumping out the so-​called flavored coffee or using store bought flavored creamers to compensate. What a waste of money.
We even asked; when placing the order for extra flavoring, no difference. They really need to reassess their measuring of the flavoring or call it; A «Hint of Caramel»; French Vanilla or whatever.
They need to take some flavored coffee making tips from the Chastain /​Busbee Rd location, perfection every time.

I come here a lot and the service is definitely lacking but the doughnuts are some the freshest you’ll get at any DD, because they’re made at the Chastain location (not far) and driven to Ridenour daily. They are super quick, but I would appreciate a little more smiling and kindness like I get at the Chastain DD.

Ok I added another star. I’ve been here twice since and the donuts tasted a lot better? Is this place hit or miss? My first few visits were just a couple of «misses»? Who knows, I just hope they keep it up for me in the future. :)
