Hooters

We don’t go out often, but when we do I beg my hubby to come to THIS Hooters! The girls are so awesome and we LOVE Shay and Leandra. They always treat us like we are VIP. We have gone to one other Hooters in the area and I won’t go back bc i didn’t enjoy it as much as this one.
The Buffalo Shrimp is awesome and bigger that any other Hooters I’ve been to.
We like Amber too! She is sweet!

Came in late last night to get a couple of wings and waitress forgot to put the order in and we end up waiting basically on nothing then the manager came up to us asking we can make you a batch and at that time we were irritated and just left never go to this one again.

This places is sucks that’s it … I order tequila and soda but I got tequila and Sierra mist. I guess I don’t know my drinks according to the 18 years server …

I know this hooters has been around for awhile. Went in for the first time for lunch.
The innards is all new and shiny. The girls are wearing CAMO.
Had the cobb salad — a solid 3. Didn’t notice and egg or avocado — although avocado is sometime optional it seems. Some wilted lettuce on the bottom — ignored those leafs. I’ve had food poisoning before.
Had the steamed shrimp — good as always. Also had the daytona style wings. I like wings that are grilled after they get sauced up — however, the sauce can be better in my opinion.
Someone else had the bitty burgers. .whatever they call them.
Service OK but you know that your server may be spending time at some table.
A solid 3.

We came back and service much better, however the Manager use to make rounds and he or she was absent pretty much this time.

Worst service I’ve ever had. I’m a bartender and never complain but I did this time. 20 plus minutes for appetizers, asked for a side salad was charged for a dinner salad 8 $. I never received dressing so I was charges for «extra dressing» after never receiving any. I ordered a long island for 9 $. Worst long island ever. I sent it back and waited 30 minutes for a draft beer. We finally got our food an hour and 15 minutes after sitting down. And the waitress looked at me like I was the dumb ass. After talking to a manager when I reformed my bill which was 50 dollars for 2 beers a side salad and 10 wings. His response was sorry she’s new. Why would you put a new server on a Friday night shift? Got a refund to my debit card 2 weeks later. Sadly this place is 2 minutes from my house and would be a completely convient but I’d rather drive the extra miles and actually receive good food and service.

I want to preface this review by letting everyone know I’ve been coming to this Hooters since before I graduated high school in 1997 it’s always been pretty good the beers cold the wings are hot and the girls are usually pretty damn good looking. I have to say that since the renovation they must be under new management because the service was awful, I had to go get my own drinks from the bar (which were water down), I had to find the waitress to come back so she could put in new drink requests, the wings weren’t thoroughly cooked, but the ladies were attractive. I always tip 20% at minimum usually closer to 30% because working in the service industry sucks but this is the first time I have ever tipped 15%. Jennifer you need to work on your skills the word Tip is an anagram which stands for to insure promptness. To say you were prompt would be a lie.

I don’t expect for every one to speak but when I walked in there were about 5 waitresses standing at the greeting area and I heard nothing. I mean they looked at me like I was a homeless person. I’m happy to say that when I picked up my to go order at the bar the bartender greeted me politely and provided good service. I’m so tired of these young people with jobs that no nothing about customer service. Hooters please teach your girls to treat everyone the same. Will i come back here, not sure I would drive 20 minutes to another Hooters for better service.

Good food and great service, what more can I ask for.
They have an excellent beer selection, with reasonable prices on the nicer beers. The wings, well you either love them or hate them, however, lately they have been skimping on the sauce.

Went for dinner before going out. They were setting up for the bikini contest, which we weren’t there for. Parking usually isn’t a problem, but it was last night. No problem though. Thats understandable with a giant tent and stage in the parking lot. They had extra servers there from other stores to cover the girls who were in the contest, but they were busy helping dry the tables off outside. Our server was friendly, but only came over twice. Our drinks were empty a lot and that seems to be the case usually when I go there. My food was okay but not fantastic. Overall, This location is okay, but service could be better.

Outside of the building looks nicer, we went there for lunch and girls does look a bit better since last time we were there. However our hooter girl was good with taking orders and bad with refill and service.
Still got room to grow. Add a star for better view in and out of the restaurant.

Much improved service from 2 yrs ago. New food menu is good. Beer prices are a little high for the lack of craft options.

I love coming here after Cowboys. I usually get a coke or sweet tea with wings. I get them medium hot with ranch dressing because I don’t like them too hot. Service is unbelievably fast if you come late after a night out.

You know… its hooters. Bad food and boobies.

This is a recent visit as I would not have given this many stars about 3yrs ago. We recently came here for UFC fight night and had a pleasant experience. I love the changes to the menu like the salads with real lettuce and the wings were really good too. It was packed but they were still able to seat us right away and our waitress was sweet and attentive even though she was very busy.
On the other hand the bar stools at the tables though are seriously uncomfortable especially when you are spending enough time to watch a game or fights. I had to stand to alleviate my a. i mean bum. Also, I find mayonnaise water mixture made ranch to be really gross and they didn’t have any other options. It was still a way better experience than other places to watch the fight like tilted kilt.

I stopped at this Hooters at about 8:00 pm on a weeknight. The parking lot was almost empty. That’s a bad sign: the place should have been hopping. I was greeted cheerfully at the door by the girls; that was nice. I found a good table, facing three TV’s. My Hooters Girl came over right away; she was perky and friendly.
Things went downhill from there. I ordered wings, fries, and a beer. Apparently, this is a highly unusual order for Hooters (/​sarc): the beer took about 5 minutes to arrive. Even though the place was ²⁄₃ empty, the food took about 25 minutes. When it arrived, it was lukewarm. The batter on the wings was mushy, not crisp. The fries were limp and oily.
I had asked my Hooters Girl for extra dressing; she didn’t bring any extra. I tried to flag her down; she was chatting with a cluster of other girls near the front, and was ignoring the customers. I ate my (now barely-​warm) wings with minimal dressing and finished my beer. I waited for her come by to see if I wanted another beer (I did), dessert (I did), or my check. And I waited. And waited. I looked for a manager. No manager.
After waiting about 12 or 15 minutes, I stood up. She saw me then, and came to the table. She didn’t ask if I wanted anything else: she just brought my check. By that point, I just wanted to get out of the place. I paid and left.
Would I recommend Hooters? Not if you tied me behind a horse and dragged me for 40 miles. Through cactus. By my tongue.

Hooters is the best! I’ve been going to Hooters for years and I’ve never tried anything else other than their wings and their buffalo shrimp. I think they have THE best wings and the service is pretty decent, too.
My only request is that Hooters considers changing up the girls’ uniforms. The whole orange shorts with tights and socks look has gotten quite old!

I am normally dragged to Hooters or Tilten Kilt with my guy friends and it isn’t for the wings. If I walk in the door here, I expect to see boobs but sadly, all I see are A cups.
The wings are just ok, not enough sauce even for hot wings, the fried pickles, the only saving grace, were amazing and the beer came out warm. I realize hanging with the guys always brings me here, but I at least expect to see some cute girls with… gasp… hOOters!

I was having a Guiness when a Nun walked in. As she stood patiently waiting to ask the bartender a question, she seemed fascinated that the lights occasionally went on and off.
After a few minutes she captured the bartender’s attention and asked if she could use the bathroom. The bartender replied that she could, but that she may not like it because there was a statue of a naked man in there.
The Nun just smiled and said, «I’ll look the other way.»
When she reappeared from the bathroom, there was applause all over the restaurant. Confused she asked the bartender why people were applauding…
The bartender asked her if she wanted a drink while she got her answer. The Nun was stunned by the question and replied «Can’t you see I’m a Nun?»
The bartender said, «Sister I can see how you’re dressed, but I can also see you’re one of us. You see, every time some one lifts the fig leaf on the statue in the restroom the lights go out.»
Oh, and the food is just like any other Hooters, but the girls aren’t as pretty or as friendly as the ones in Canton, Dallas, Marietta, Roswell, Alpharetta, Rome, Douglasville, Chattanooga, Nashville, Santa Barbara, Santa Monica, Brooklyn, Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, or San Antonio… Or so I’ve been told.

O lawd, honey child. lol I hate that I have to give 1 star but ladies, come on, can you be any more untrained or not notice people when they walk in or promptly take their drink order? I’m a patient person. I understand when a place is swamped. I totally get it if you’re having a bad day. Trust me I am definitely pretty easy going, but the service my friends and I received here was just awful from the moment we walked in the door.
Take note ladies. Go to the Cumberland Hooters and watch the girls in action there. Bring a video recorder if it’ll help you to remember. The Cumberland Hooters girls are friendly, upbeat, and prompt. A pretty face and cute body only get you so far.
We walk in to a not busy AT ALL restaurant on a lovely Sunday afternoon to maybe being greeted by 1 of the waitresses and we walked by 3. As we walked by I asked if we sat ourselves. They weren’t paying any attention at all. So sad. I was a Hooters girl once and i’m so disappointed. So needless to say we sat ourselves. We sat on the patio, saw a couple of the girls come out, go back in, and then out again. Not a word from any of them. Patiently waiting for our drink order. It’s Sunday, the end of the weekend, so you know we were dehydrated. lol Eventually our drink order was taken but not by our waitress. Our waitress also eventually arrived. Cute girl, not too friendly, my friend asked her name because she didn’t offer it or apologize for the wait, (not saying her name btw. I’d just rather not go there.) and she was a bit of a smart a$$ but not one of the funny kinds.
The overall experience just put a bad taste in my mouth. The food, great. I love their buffallo chicken sandwich. Curly fries, the bomb! The ladies need to step up their game and work on their promptness and friendliness. I repeat what I said before, ladies go to the Cumberland location and watch those girls in action. The girls at cumberland are so upbeat it kind of scares me, but it’s better than being the opposite.
