A staff member at this office is very rude and unhelpful. When you have a patient or patients that need assistance with documents, questions, fax or information to have a staff member just not willing to help or be kind is truly an issue. If patients are met with this at the window/​phone, chances are they are less likely to return. Having dealt with many offices, doctors and worked at a doctors office, this is NOT a person (s) you need at your front office.
