Mattress Plus

I shopped for a mattress for months. .
everywhere from macy’s, my essentia, sleep number and the dump. I wanted a latex mattress but found the prices ridiculous! I went into mattress plus expecting to settle for a memory foam mattress but was so excited to find 4 different all latex models (that’s a lot) within my budget. Ibrahim is familiar with all the high end (I’m talking $ 6000 plus) brands, but sells Jamison because it’s the best latex mattress without going overboard on price. He’s absolutely right. He knew all about their manufacturing processes and is truly proficient in technical attributes that make a great mattress. They have a wide selection of all mattress types and I’m sure can satisfy any customer. Thanks Ibrahim!

Mattress Plus is conveniently located and has a wide selection of beds to try out. Their prices are fair; the staff is knowledgeable; and the turnaround time on delivery is quick.
Be aware that for the sake of customers knowing that they’re not receiving a used mattress — one that a previous customer may have returned, my wife and I found out the hard way that all sales are final. The 25% restocking fee (initially sounding like a return policy) only applies to mattresses that are purchased but not yet delivered.
Also, our delivery timeframe experiences may have been flukes due to a surge in mattress purchases, but both windows were not met. The first occurrence was no sweat because we were home on a Saturday, and we received a call during the timeframe letting us know the delivery would be later than expected. The second occurrence was more inconvenient because I had taken off from work and only received a phone call after I called 15 minutes post-​timeframe.
Overall, though, I would recommend shopping for a mattress here, especially if you know for sure that a mattress is the right one for you/​yours. Ibrahim is polite, very reasonable, and one obvious reason why this place has been open for 18 years.

Me and my wife went to 5 or 6 other mattress stores before deciding on this one. You really get the sense that the owner cares about his customers. We got a fantastic deal on a fantastic bed. From my experience, this is the best mattress pace in Kennesaw. And, if you buy from here you’re supporting a locally owned business, not a massive corporation. I highly recommend.

More than once — they’ve ‘saved’ me by allowing me to pay over the phone — with same day delivery when relatives and freeloaders showed up unexpectedly.
Last time I used them — I literally called them — from work around 2:30pm — and by 7pm that night — they’d delivered a trundle, box spring and mattress for well-​below what I’d expected to pay.

We have purchased 3 mattresses from Mattress Plus. We are about to purchase our forth mattress for our daughter. I highly recommend them for their knowledge, honesty and fair prices. We always tell people about these guys. They understand building an long term relationship with their customers and that’s why they continue to grow.
