McDonald’s

Today I had the most expensive mcdonalds visit of my life. I am allergic to mustard, I always ask for food without mustard, I always check food from places for mustard if mustard is served there before eating. Had a 10+ minute trip thru the drive thru. Ordered 2 mcdoubles no mustard add mac sauce and 2 qp patties. In the 10+ minutes I spent in drive thru I was given a bag with 2 mcdoubles and 2 qp patties. I was then asked for the bag back and given another bag with 2mcdoubles. When I got home I noticed no mac sauce which I paid for on my very cold burgers, Not a big deal, just call the shop, oh their phone won’t even ring. I proceeded to complete my mustard check and then put on 2qp patties and take a bite… 2 bites later I tasted it, very subtle but the distinct taste of mustard. Checked the other patty and saw traces that at one point mustard had been on that burger. I then proceeded the vomit the $ 10 of taco bell and part of the burger I didn’t throw away that had gone into my stomach. The reason I didn’t take my burgers back is because it costs as much in gas to go back to the store as the burgers cost… but on the way to my doctors house for a very expensive house call for a prescription I decided to stop by for a full refund. At first the manager asked if I just wanted a refund for the burgers when I told him I wanted all my money back he complied but it didn’t get thru to him how bad it was till I preceeded to start coughing seconds later and then vomit the rest of my stomach onto the restaurant floor. Yes I deserve my money back, you made me wait 10 minutes in drive thru for 2 mcdoubles with Mac sauce, gave me the wrong thing, took it back, cleaned off the burgers with god knows what and proceeded to give them back to me without the damn sauce I paid for. Looks like I can’t afford to eat at mcdonalds anymore since this one trip has so far cost me over $ 200.

I have to say, I am extremely surprised this franchise is still open. On that note, it is one of the 2 McDonalds that are open ²⁴⁄₇ in the Kennesaw/​Marietta area. That being said another franchise store should open up or become 24/​7, and this store should be shut down! Effective IMMEDIATELY!

For all the things a person might need to pull forward and wait for at a drive thru, A COKE??? And not only would the need to walk five step to a different fountain to get one, five cars behind me got there food and drink before I got my Coke FIVE CARS!

Every time I’m at this location there’s a car pulled up from the drive-​thru waiting on their food. Slow and poor service. Food is cold the employees show no integrity. Wish we didn’t e-​verify I miss the Mexicans! They need to hurry with technology I’d rather deal with a robot than these uneducated tards.

My order was screwed up. Miss CANDACE was the one I spoke to. Her idea of remedying the situation was to brush me off with an easy fix method of «hurry up and what do you want» attitude. This lady is a joke. She’s rude unattentive. Obviously stir crazy. I would chalk it up to a busy day and the exhaustion of running day to day operations at Americas premier burger joint. Yet the attitude is unnecessary. If all she wanted was to help me. She should of left the attitude because I left the crap at the table.

This got to be one of the worst McDonald’s in the world. The lady who serve me at 11:30 had a attitude with me. The food took to long, if your in a rush don’t bother coming here it takes forever. I asked a manager for assistance, no one came. Never coming back

This is yet another example of a poorly managed McDonalds. At Wade Green Road, Kennesaw, GA this morning at 8:45 AM, I sat at the dual drive thru long enough that the car in front of me gave up and drove off. I spoke toward the speaker and asked if anyone was working this morning — no response. Finally, the front car got to order and then I pulled up and ordered right behind him. I ordered Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit, with extra Bacon — WELL DONE. I got to first window and paid. Went to second window and was told to pull into space 2 to wait for Bacon to be cooked well done. Finally, someone brought order to my car. Bacon was fairly well done, but no extra. She took it back inside and came back again. This time it had the extra Bacon, but the extra was not well done. I had the same issue earlier in the week. This Franchise Holder needs to be replaced with someone that doesn’t make so much money and would care about their customers. This is one of the several reasons McDonalds is suffering lower sales.

We live right down the street from this location, so when we want a milkshake it’s our go to place. Unfortunately about 85% of the time they have «already shut down the ice cream machine». When it’s hot out and your business is open ²⁴⁄₇ I’d think you’d pick a better time to clean it the darn machine, ugh!

Let’s face it there is only one thing to rate a McDonald’s on… speed of service and this location is run by roadrunners.

Just had one of the worst McDonald’s experiences ever. Had about 4 people return frozen hashbrowns; they tried to give my colleague a sandwich that had been handled by several other customers due to them calling out wrong order numbers; they left me standing there for at least 15 minutes, then gave me the wrong order when I finally asked for my food; when I returned the wrong order, they tried to give me another that had been sitting on the counter for 15 minutes (claimed they had called the number, when I was standing there the whole time). It all seemed to revolve around a tall African American woman with an attitude. Won’t be going there again!!!

It’s a McDonald’s — not a lot to say that everyone doesn’t already know.
So I’ll just say this: do not get a chicken biscuit for breakfast. Even if there is no Chick-​Fil-​A close by and you want one more than anything, just don’t. Their fried chicken (while pretty decent in tender form) is overcooked and dry in a biscuit.
Just get a bacon, egg and cheese, a real or egg white McMuffin, hell, even a sausage, egg and cheese if you really want to go hog wild.
Since they still have my favorite drive-​thu hashbrowns in the cute little oval-​ish shape, I am not docking them a star from how I’d rate a typical McD’s. Just don’t get the chicken biscuit.

What can I say? I LOVE egg mcmuffins and so does my dog! I have found, however, that all egg mcmuffins are not created equal. Some are cooked too long and pretty dry. This McDonald’s consistently has perfectly cooked mcmuffins that keep me coming back!

I seriously do not like this location, they charge more than other McDonald’s and when I say I will not visit this location again I mean it! Not sure if it was joke or just nasty folks working at McDonald but I found a partially eaten mighty wing in my food! I still sick

There’s a reason why fast food places such as Chick Fil A take precedent over Mcdonalds. Whereas Chick Fil A has quick, flawless, ACCURACY, Mcdonalds has become a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ chance of 1) getting the order correct 2) it tasting decent. This location consistently gets the order wrong with the oatmeal always made differently every time, the unsweet tea I ordered almost always coming out sweet, and the customer service is off… Mcdonalds has lost all of my business.

This is a good location. Kinda upscale in a sense. Flat screen TVs & etc.

For a mcdonalds, its very clean and the staff are extra nice…

Newer style drive-​thru with the two-​window service. Speedy. Accurate. Friendly.
Been here three times in three weeks since moving here. Consistent service and quality every visit. That’s what you count on. And they deliver. (They deliver on the consistency, folks. No, they do not deliver hot, fresh Egg McMuffins to your door. However, if they were fishing for a 5-​star review from me, that’d do the trick!)

I’ve been coming to this place since I was in high school, and that was a while back, and it’s always had great, fast service.

McDonalds now lists the calories for each food item on their menu. I went for nuggets and left with grilled chicken! Touché, Ronald, Touché!!

Great remodel of the old store. Play area is great. A real improvement over the old one. A bigger seating area and lots of glass to see the kids area and not have to hear it if you don’t want to. As far as they go this one is a good location. Friendly staff and consistent food.
