Spoke with Rick and cleared up some misunderstandings. He was very professional and courteous. I still think their prices are to high. I understand their need to charge more for services and parts they provide(they need to make money). But to increase the price of a capacitor by 1400% is more then a little ridiculous. I did increase my 1 star review to a 3 star.

So happy with the efficient customer service and the honesty and integrity of this company. Isaac #36– WONDERFUL. It’s nice to have reasonably priced company you can trust. Very effective in booking the appointment, confirming it and then letting me know the tech was on the way with a final phone call. Great customer service.

UPDATE8⁄17: After speaking with customer service, we were able to get the fee for the service call refunded. Customer service was helpful, and refund arrived quickly, resulting in new rating(3 – 4). Technician came out on June 21st due to A/C unit not blowing cold air. Blower motor was found to be non-operational. We were told that a new motor would have to be ordered, and that it could take up to 5 days for the repair to be completed. We agreed. 5 days later, we had not heard any updates on our repair, so I decided to call and ask about the status of the repair. I was told that no part was ordered and no repair was scheduled. I asked to speak with a manager regarding a refund of the service fee and was told that someone would get back to me. No one ever did. They offered to(re)order the part and schedule a new date for the repair to be done. I declined. Why would I let them work on my A/C when they can’t even properly order the part and schedule the work to be done? I would not recommend using this company for any repairs.

I am always pleased with their service, they are prompt, on time and work around my schedule. Their techs are knowledgeable. My only gripe, and why I didn’t give them 5 stars, is that their prices reflect their size and aren’t as competitive as a local small outfit. While you may be able to get a better deal with a local, small company, I suspect the quality of service would be less, which is why I stick with Service Experts. I don’t mind paying more to get better service and peace of mind. Still, a deeper discount for repeat business would be welcome :)
