First and LAST time I do business with this company. By far the worst place to spend your hard earned money at. Customer service is horrible and even though they advertise«Complete Satisfaction Guaranteed» that’s is far from the truth. Once they get your money you are no longer treated as a valuable customer. To quote the manager, «no we don’t have satisfaction guaranteed after delivery, there’s nothing I can do for you.» Never have I heard this from any other furniture store. If RTG cared for their customers they would take care of them. P. S. No need for the company line response to reviews: Sorry you feel this way.

We purchased a sofa and love seat from Rooms To Go Kennesaw and had a good experience. The staff was attentive and patient with all of our questions. The furniture was on back order and scheduled for delivery six weeks out. The day before our delivery we received a call letting us know we should expect delivery between 8am-1pm. The day of delivery they arrived around 9am. The delivery men were well mannered and courteous. We had a good experience overall.

Have had my new RTG recliner for several weeks now. It is a simple case of «one gets what one pays for.» The recliner is NOT high quality furniture by any standard. It is made by a company called American Furniture in Mississippi, definitely made of lower quality materials and not made to last. I knew from the start that RTG sells average to inferior products, so I knew what I was getting into. It is a motorized recliner, and I am hoping if the motor burns out one day that I can find a replacement which I can install myself. I am pretty gentle on things I own, so I suspect this recliner will last a few years. Recently, I purchased an old used La Z Boy recliner at a Goodwill store for $ 29, and it appears to be of far better construction than this new RTG recliner. Of course, I had to clean up and do some restoration work on the Goodwill recliner, but I think it will outlast the RTG new recliner, based on how it was constructed. Based on this experience at RTG, I highly doubt I will be buying anything from them in the future.

Updating my experience with this store… again if I could give 0 stars I would! After 4 delivery attempts I finally have furniture I am just settling for. Every time they brought me the new stuff there were marks all over it, cuts in the wood, finish flaking off or drawers that didn’t shut! I feel like I got walmart quality but paid WAY more! I was sick of living out of laundry baskets so I finally just took what was delievered. I have a gift card for buying from there, but I will NEVER go again!

The customer service at this location is A-1! I walked in the store right before closing because I had a problem ordering an item online because they said it was discontinued, and the manager told me it shouldn’t be a problem getting it from the seller and if he couldn’t get it, he’d sell me the in store model at a discount. He called me promptly the next morning with the good news that he was able to find a new one, and now I’m just waiting on delivery. Everything was made extremely easy, and I appreciate that. Good customer service goes a long way.

DONOTBUYTHEIRSTUFF! Purchased a queen size fabric bed from here in March. It broke last month and I’ve yet to get it fixed. Their solution is to send out a «technician» to fix it until the 1 year warranty is up and then they was their hands of it. This bed is no longer being sold by them… and a friend just sent me a link that it’s now being sold by WALMART for 1⁄3 of the price. Do not buy here… spend a little more money somewhere else. Their stuff is cheap and even worse, their customer service is TERRIBLE.

We bought our couch and love seat from here about 6 – 7 months ago. The springs have already started popping and the fabric is in horrible condition… but according to customer service and the technician, that’s just normal wear and tear. Their«solution» was to send out another technician to look at it. Seriously? After this whole mess gets sorted out, Rooms to Go will never get our business again, or that of any of my friends.

Dont buy from Rooms To Go. We bought a $ 1,000 mattress, and now they wont honor the warranty because«the manufacturer went out of business». When we buy from RTG, we are trusting YOU and your reputation. If you wont stand behind the stuff you sell, then we wont buy from you.

I had a really good experience with this location. I moved down to GA with no furniture and knew that the couch would be the most expensive piece. My salesman Jack Swann was very professional. He explained to me that they sells set by the room or by piece. After wandering around the store I found a beautiful dark grey love seat. I told Jack that I was very interested in this piece but wanted to look at other furniture stores. He understood this greatly and was not pushy at all. I came back three times before making my purchase. He was straight forward with how much the love seat would cost with the delivery fee and fabric protector. When I went to pay for it the price he quoted to me before was the price I paid. No bad surprises or hidden last minute costs. I selected my delivery day(Jack recommended doing it on a day off) and they were very prompt and showed up about an hour ½ into the delivery window. I can’t comment on their financing since I paid for the couch in cash. I love my love seat and am so happy with it. I highly recommend this location and specially Jack. I will defiently be purchasing other pieces from them as I slowly build my furniture in my apartment.
