Nothing but bad experiences. Last visit, they convinced me to buy an expensive piece of crap phone. I’ve gone in several times now to change my plan and every time it’s not enacted. I call customer support and they refer me back to the store and the store tries to refer me back to customer service. I’m SO tired of the runaround.
