I am extremely pissed off at this store, I tried to rent a truck from another location most recently only to find out that someone had rented something from this location in my name (without me knowing of it). Not only were they unwilling to get on the phone with me when I called customer service, but they were unable to provide any documentation whatsoever as to how someone can rack up nearly $ 300 worth of charges for a trip within the same city (and unknown to me that it was even rented!!) I have never been to this location in my life, but their lack of assistance in this situation has really turned me off from this company as a whole.

Top notch service! We hooked up a trailer to our truck, and the right turn signal on the trailer would not work. A swarm of people came to trouble shoot it, and it took them a couple of minutes to figure out that it was a fuse in the truck. They replaced the fuse for us free of charge, and we were out of there in less than five minutes after the fuse was installed.

I am a current customer, but as soon as I am able I will be moving my belongings out of storage. I was 2 days late on my payment because the Friday before Thanksgiving my 31 year old twin brother had a stroke & has been in ICU since. I asked that the late fee be waived, due to the extenuating circumstances, with a letter from the hospital. I was told that they would only waive the fee if I gave them the consent to auto draft my payment in the future. When I declined that because of previous double billing through auto draft & just paid the late fee, the guy said «I’ll make a note that I offered you auto draft and you declined»…I told him why not make a note that «my brother is in ICU fighting for his life» and that’s why I was late for the first time ever. His response was a cynical «Have a nice day’. That is a very heartless person who unfortunately, will be met with the same insensitivity in the future. I WILL NEVER recommend this place due to horrible customer service.
